Great product. Easily fastened to the "gutters" that I installed on my truck cap. Once tightened I could rock the vehicle easily with the load bars. The locks installed easily and worked flawlessly.
The service from retailer was prompt and friendly. The roof rackets were delivered to the east coast from the midwest in four days even with free shipping. I have ordered several other items from etrailer and have never been disappointed.
I installed these on my Jeep JLU along with Thule 60” Wingbar Evo bars. They attached relatively quickly. Initially they didn’t slide smoothly on the bottom of the bars, but after the first install and removal, they glide better for centering. I kept this at 4 stars as the rubberized coating on the pieces that grip the outside of the gutters was chipped in a couple places. Additionally, the Thule logo sticker on each leg appeared cheap and were not centered/level. The ones I received also were very dusty, which seemed odd.
Bought these with the black Aeroblade crossbars. Expensive, but I really couldn't come up with a better solution as my new vehicle does not have side rail bars like my last SUV.
Very solid. Will not have any trouble hauling kayaks. Installed in less than 5 minutes. Noisy at 70mph but lightweight enough my wife can remove or install it by herself. Ordered the locks because it would be easy to steal. Fast shipping and great video. Thanks etrailer!
These gutter feet with the aero blade crossbars do exactly what I need. I like the flexibility. I can take them off the Jeep when I’m not using them.
I ordered a Thule Wingbar Evo Crossbars 150 and Thule Rapid Gutter Feet. I studied and appreciated the online video reviews and customer comments. The pricing was competitive. They were both in stock. I was alerted by email when they shipped along with a tracking link.
The order arrived quickly. The outer box provided good protection, and both products were undamaged. I appreciated the online instruction documents. These were digital versions of the paper instructions that were included. Thule could have done a better job with their instructions, but etrailer was as thorough as I could have wanted.
The bottom line is that the crossbars are now properly mounted on my vehicle, and I’m completely happy with the product and my buying experience!
First, there we’re complications with the delivery which I caused and eTrailer reps worked with me and worked it out. Second, All products purchased fit and installed rather easily on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. This outcome was a result of working with one of their reps to get the right in-stock parts that fit right. Finally, I reviewed installation videos which helped me get the job done right the first time.
Arrived on time, from order to install took 3 days.
Install was simple. have not used it yet but seems sturdy.

Etrailer experts confirmed that these 8 inch Rapid Gutter Feet with Thule Aero Bars fit my 2023 Wrangler 4XE with the Sky One Touch roof system. The rack looks great, fits perfectly, and the canvas roof passes underneath cleanly. Wind noise with the aero bars is pretty decent for a Jeep.
The rack was very easy to install and seems to be very high quality. The rubber strips on the bars were somewhat awkward to install but went on smoothly once I figured it out.
Received my Thule AeroBlade Load Bars and RapidGutter feet for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK within 3 days of placing my order. Installation was a breeze. I watched the etrailer video, read the directions and completed the task within an hour. I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of this roof rack (made no noise at 70 MPH). I went with this Rola Vortex Cargo Rack with extension for its size and multiple tie down points. I Paired it with the Thule 5 inch rapid gutter feet with square bars because:
To remove the freedom panels.
Square bars are stronger than Aero type bars.
Adjustability of fitment as the roof of the Jeep narrows toward the rear.
When loaded for camping, I want to maintain rearward vision.
Finally, the system met my load requirements. I had weighed the gear that will go onto the rack. And I am at OME specs.
I did not want to use the gutter of the freedom panels to carry weight. Since the panels are removable, it seemed to be a potential weak point structurally.
NOTES:
Because this Rola rack comes in sections, I do not recommend it for “Overlanding”.
And because it comes in sections, some weather proofing is needed. I coated the cargo rack guides with an anti seize grease. The bolts of the cargo clamps should be weather proofed as well.
Over time, the screws will need to be replaced. They will rust.
CONCLUSION
Overall I am happy with this set up. Should work well for general camping and hold up to the easier off road trails. If your plans are to Overland for weeks at a time in all weather conditions on moderate to difficult trails having off camber conditions, then this rack may be problematic over time. And may cause damage to the roof top.
Just insralled the racks and J-Bars. Easy install, worked exactly as wanted. To out on freeway witth racks only, just some wind noise at 70. This is my second order thru etrailer. Both orders were great referrals, worked good, delivered witnin a few days. Thank you etrailer.
Beware of purchases from Etrailer...they offer no returns on opened products. So might say well you could just use and return it...true, but in this case the wind noise is horrific on my Jeep Wrangler and made a two hour ride nearly unbearable. The Thule product is clamps well, although I would prefer to see more paint protection the outer clamps.
Great product just as advertised….very good quality and fits perfectly on my Jeep with clearance to open up my Sky One Touch roof.
The gutter mount was impossible to get. Even Thule site didn't have any in stock. Well etrailer had it in stock! I got to chat to a real person that can solidly confirm that the product was actually in stock.
This feet are the defacto choice if you have the Sky one touch roof on your Jeep (as I do) these give you the requisite clearance to be able to fully open the top while crossbars are installed. Super easy to install, easy to turn knobs to make quick on jeep adjustments and then lock into position. Very robust rubber covers on all jeep contact points.
I have purchased a few Thule roof racks and this is, by far, the best quality I’ve had. I was looking for a great quality rack for my kayaks, as the two I have are not a light static weight. I have driven on the highway and you cannot hear any resistance from the cabin. Definitely recommend looking up YouTube videos on how to install, if you’re not familiar with this model. Directions are not tremendous and skip a couple steps.
Product arrived as promised. Box was a bit beat up but not the fault of etrailer. Super easy to install. I have not yet used it for my kayak yet but seems to be plenty sturdy. I think it looks nice on the Jeep.
If anything happens in a negative way, I'll be sure to update but for now, very happy with the purchase.
