I do have a solution for you since the Rhino-Rack SG Roof Rack # RRSG60 for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler incorporates the feet into the end of the crossbars so you do not have enough overhang for the Hullavator.

To use the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898 your roof rails must extend out approximately 4-8" past the foot of your roof rack. As your Wrangler has very straight sides you will be looking closer to the 4" measurement.

I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520 with the Rapid Gutter Feet # TH93ZR on your Wrangler. The crossbars are 60"wide which will give you enough clearance for the Hullavator to fit and function properly without hitting the side of your Wrangler. The Feet attach the same way as the Rhino-Rack feet, to the gutters on your wrangler. These also offer a higher weight rating at 165lbs versus the 88lbs that the Rhino-Rack is capable of.
