Would this system work for carring #2 sit-on-top kayak sale on Jeep Jk unlimited? I currently am considering the Thule evo 60 inch rain gutter foot mounts and bars. Suggestions are welcome.

The Thule roof rack setup you were looking at is a great option for your 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited hardtop and it will be able to accommodate two kayaks without an issue. The complete setup that you need is Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 60" Long Silver # TH711500 (or # TH711520 for Black) and Gutter Feet # TH93ZR.

I see that you were looking at the Thule Hullavator Pro Lift Assist Kayak Carrier # TH898; while this is a really nice product, you will not be able to mount two of these on the crossbars due to not enough weight capacity or room on the roof rack. I recommend looking into the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # S512-S512X which is an affordable option for carrying two kayaks.

If you wanted something with load assist then I recommend the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier and TelosXL Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs # MPG114MD-351XL and # MPG114MD for the second kayak. This would be an excellent setup for loading two kayaks onto the roof rack since it has a load-assist included. I would go with this over the Rhino-Rack kayak carrier if cost is not a concern, because this would greatly reduce the effort of loading kayaks.
