Will the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells Work with a Curved Roof
Published 09/21/2022 >
Question:
There is a slight curvature to the cap roof. Laying a straight edge on the top there is 3/8 of an inch clearance on each end. Will the rail bend slightly to conform to the roof? If the rail is ridged I don’t think it will work. If it will bend slightly I’d like to get it ordered soon. Thanks

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells part # Y01-130B does have some play so there will be no issues conforming to the roof shape. There are very few completely flat camper shells so the roof curvature was built into the design of the rails therefore you won't have issues.
