The Inno Aero Flush Roof Rack keeps a clean, built-in look from every angle. The flush design means the 42" crossbars stop right at the feet, so nothing sticks out past the roofline. It looks integrated, not added on. The black aluminum bars stay low-profile and sleek, giving your setup that from-the-factory finish without sacrificing strength.
Wind noise can be a real distraction on the road, but these aero-style crossbars are shaped to fight it. The top channels come with push-down rubber strips that seal around your mounts and help cut back on whistling and vibration while driving. That aerodynamic shape makes long highway drives quieter and more comfortable.
These bars are built for adventure variety. You can mount cargo boxes, water sport carriers, or bike racks using either channel-mount or clamp-on attachments. The top channels let you press hardware right into place—no trimming needed—so you can swap out gear easily whether you’re hauling kayaks or loading up luggage for a cross-country trip.
Once everything’s set up, you don’t want to worry about your rack or attachments going missing. The lockable leg covers help deter theft of both the rack and any channel-mount accessories. It’s a simple built-in safeguard that gives you more peace of mind when parking overnight.
Each piece in this complete system—2 crossbars, 4 flush feet, and a custom fit kit—is made from aluminum for durability without extra weight. With a 165 lb capacity (always follow your vehicle’s roof load limit), this setup is ready for heavy gear and long hauls. The sturdy construction stands up to regular use while keeping its clean finish trip after trip.

Product still looks great
Fit well and easy to install. Excited to hall the bike around once the weather warms up.
Inno makes the best products
Thank you Josh for making everything great with the delivery
I like that the bars don't extend too much beyond the width of the vehicle (2012 Toyota Prius V). No noticeable wind noise or fuel economy change. They held two bikes just fine.
Great customer service, thank you for all your help!
Good racks, one year of frequent use and no problems. The instructions could have been clearer, but once I figured it out it was easy to install.
Nice aerodynamic bars.
etrailer was great to work with on my order. I really didn't now what I needed, but I knew what I wanted it to do. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Prefect fit and looks great on my 2008 Evo X. The install videos made it super easy to put together and install.
Perfect fit on our vehicle and they feel strong and sturdy. Install wasn’t bad either. Very happy with the kit at this point and will test them out this weekend.
This inno rack fits well with my car. I installed a cargo box with it. The roof rack is well built and sturdy.
Shipping and packaging was very good and delivered on time!
Glad I went with the Aero cross bars for the less wind noise!
I have owned 2 INNO roof rack systems for different vehicles in our family…this is the 3rd…for our 2026 Honda Pilot TrailSport…Since I already owned the correct size INNO Load Bars (51”) I only needed to purchase the foot pads and separate mounting hardware kit that is specific for my vehicles’ raised roof rails - factory mount points on the inside rails have been pre-drilled by Honda with internal fasteners and silicone plugs…the 8 plugs were easy to pop out, and installing the bracket kit onto the rails was easy…I was able to attach the load bars down to the brackets by myself, but it probably would’ve been easier to have one extra person on the other side…but not necessary if you’re fairly mechanical. The INNO foot pad, model XS 350, fit on to the brackets after a little finesse and colorful language was used…but not too bad overall…one thing that is not very easy to do is to adjust the load bars once you have the brackets securely in place…they are challenging to “slide/force/finesse” in order to make both sides equal prior to tightening everything down…once tightened down, the rack, load bars, and mounting points are completely secure and feel robust.
I wish that Honda would have more options than just one place for each load bar to be placed…they should have 4-5 options per side…but that’s not an INNO problem, that’s a Honda issue.
one thing that I don’t like about INNO are the end caps…they’re black and chrome finish plastic caps…not a fan of the chrome trim on them…so I have sanded, cleaned, primed, painted and clear coated them in orange, which is a color accent on the car…but I wish INNO would offer silicone or a more durable all black cap end, and/or offer heavy duty tie down loops that you could use for tie downs, bungee cords, or elastic netting with hooks.
