Do they use the same 12volt Fan motor as the heng brand? If not what brand and where do they produce them?

The replacement motor for the range hood part # S0721-24GC-F-1 that you referenced is the part # BVD0218-00C. I can't recommend this motor as a fit for the Heng range hood.
