Are Fan Add-On Kits Available For Ventline Ventadome Non-Powered RV Roof Vents

Question:

I have one of these non-powered vents in vents in my 2023 Jayco 195RB and would like to add a fan to it. I see that there is a powered version of this vent. Is there a fan kit available to convert this non-powered vent? I would much prefer this rather than removing and replacing the entire vent. There is 12VDC nearby and it would be easy to bring power to the vent.

There isn't an add-on fan kit available for your Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V3092-601-00, but you could still get the motor and fan blade from their 12v models and try to attach it to the support for the lift arm. The motor # BVD0218-00C comes with a bracket you can screw into the support and then attach the fan blade # BVC0466. You can run this to your nearby 12v power source and install a switch to turn the motor on and off. This is going to require a bit of DIY work and there's no guarantee that this will fit correctly since you don't have to right model fan but it's the only alternative besides tearing out the old vent and replacing it with part # V2119-601-00.
