Hey Scott, how did the 12V DC motor work out for your Ventline or Vanair fan? Did the noise level and two-speed control meet your expectations? Your feedback could really help others looking for a quiet replacement motor.

@JerredH In addition to the new motor and blade, I isolated any metal to metal contact with rubber washers and installed a speed controller. So at slower speeds it's almost silent.
