Perfect fit and saved me from haveing to get the entire assembly from Thule.
I tried to order this product directly from Thule and was told that I would has to purchase the entire base assembly. Thanks to etrailer I was able to save a couple hundred dollars and just purchase the part I needed. The customer service was great and my product arrived quickly.

Exactly the right part for my Thule truck ladder rack. I got the rack used and this height adjuster was corroded and frozen into position. The replacement was a hard item to find on the internet. I am happy etrailer has it available. The price was good. It was shipped quickly, and a rep from etrailer kept in contact with me to make sure I recieved and was happy. The product arrived and is as ordered. The staff at etrailer kept me informed of the shipping progress through a tracking number and personal emails. The only 'issue' I had was ordering from Canada I had to submit twice as the program did not recognize my address and unilaterally cancelled it. I would order again from etrailer.
Received the ordered part only to learn that it did not include the pin that attaches to it. Don't know yet how to proceed. We'll figure it out but it's costing us more down time. The parts catalog needs to be more clear as well as easily accessable.

If you need the pin that goes inside the Xporter Pro base assembly, the only way that is available is with the entire Replacement Base Assembly. I confirmed with my contact at Thule that they do not offer those parts as individual replacements. The replacement base assembly for the front left/rear right is part # TH7521368001 and the replacement for the front right/rear left is part # TH7521367001.

Product worked exactly as it should.
I lost the rack clamp for my Thule Xporter 500XT adjustable rack when I removed the rear one for hauling branches. etrailer is the ONLY site where I could find a replacement. I didn't even see it on Thule's website. It's an exact match to the others and I actually received two with the order. I will be using etrailer in the future
The knob is a direct fit for Thule Xsporter. I was able to replace all four corners of the base adjustment. I am now able to adjust the rack height for the proper application. Ordering through etrailer was easy with great shipping option. Very pleased with my purchase or any future purchase for parts availability.
I had my Thule Xsporter rack off my vehicle and the clamp knob (still attached to the vehicle) must have vibrated loose and bounced to the ground. Finding this replacement was a lifesaver.
