    The Replacement Top Assembly for the Thule Hullavator, part # 7521771001, includes the two allen wrench headed screws, but not the lower washer slide plate. To replace the washer slide plate, you'll need part # 853593802 I've attached instructions for installing the slide plate, which you'll need to correctly reinstall the Top Assembly. If you also need to replace the wing nut and bolt at this time, its available as part # 753-0783-08
