After reaching out to Thule The Replacement 20 mm SpeedLink Mounting Hardware Assembly # 7521241002 will not work for your SUP Taxi. We do carry the whole mount together but we sell the parts individually to make the correct foot mount:

The Replacement Strap # TH29DH
The Replacement Strap Sleeve # TH89DH
The Base Pad Left # TH69DH
The Base Pad Right # TH79DH
The 1/4 Inch Diameter Rope # TH42BH
Replacement Tie-Down Flat Hook # TH36BH

Everything comes with quantity 1 so you will have to order accordingly. If you would rather just repurchase the whole Thule Sup Carrier # TH810001 you can do that as well.
