Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this TecNiq small gasket. Now, this is a small gasket that's basically a simple but important piece that's gonna go with your TecNiq S17 series marker light. This is a thin rubber gasket that's going to sit between the light and whatever surface you're mounting this on, like a trailer or a truck. Its main job is to create a tight seal that's gonna help keep water, dirt, and debris from getting behind that light, which is gonna be especially important if the light is supposed to be waterproof.

But this also adds a bit of cushioning, so the light's gonna sit properly and doesn't rub directly against the surface. Now, I'm gonna get my ruler here, see if I can just give you some overall measurements to give you the further confidence that this is gonna be what you need. So what I'm calling the overall width, about 2 3/4 inches. The overall height, I'm gonna say about 1 1/8 inches, almost 1 1/4. And then on the mounting holes on center, looks like we've got an inch between them.

So if you're installing or replacing an S17 light, this is going to be one of those small parts that's gonna help make sure everything works and lasts the way that it's supposed to.
