Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at the scrub blade 19 inch long hybrid style shade blade windshield wiper blade. This one's in a white color and it is for a quantity of one. Now, to purchase the correct wiper blades for your vehicle, what you're gonna need is the length of the wiper blade and how it attaches to your wiper arm. To get the correct length, you can either look in your vehicle's owner's manual or you can actually measure the blade on your vehicle. To measure the blade, all you have to do is get a tape measure, measure it from end to end, and on this one it'll be 19 inches long.
You could also use a fit guide that's on our website. You can pull up your year and model vehicle, and it'll also show you the correct wiper size you need for your vehicle. You do wanna remember many of the vehicles nowadays, we use different lengths for the driver's side, passenger side, and even the rear window. So once you have the size, then all you need to do is determine how it connects to your wiper arm. And there are many different types of connectors.
You need to match the type of connector that's on your vehicle to the blade with the same, and most of these wiper kits will come with a selection of different adapters like this kit here to attach your blade to your vehicle. This is a quick and easy installation on most arms. They usually need use the common J hook side pin or bayonet style connectors. This wiper blade is a all weather hybrid style wiper from Scrub blade has the dual blades on it to provide a crystal clear visibility. The outer blade will scrub away any mud bugs or road grime, and the inner blade is gonna clear any remaining water or debris for superior visibility.
Now even when to zoom in further, if you can sort of look closely on this one, it's be white, so it might be hard to see. But on the outside, first of all, there's your double dual blade right here, you can see. But on the outside of the blades, they have these little raised triangular sections. Those are called patented scrubbers, so they will help cut through any tough road grind that might be on your windshield. The blade itself was a silicone blade, has a nice ceramic coating on it to ensure quiet chatter free operation, it'll hold up the heat and UV rays.
The frame on this is a rubber covered frame, has a nice low profile blade to prevent wind lift. The center attaching point will, I'm sure even pressure distribution for optimal performance. This one is a white color. They actually call it a wild white. You can also get it in a black, red or blue if you'd like. We do sell those separately, length on this blade's 19 inches. It is for a quantity of one wipe or blade. Now if you do have any other additional questions regarding this part or any other item we carry, please feel free to reach out to us so they can help you get all of your questions answered for you. That film could be from a rain repellent on your windshield, but I have confirmed that Scrubblade does not coat their wipers with Rain-X coating. They said that if it is raining, you should use wiper fluid to minimize noise. In a heavy rain, squeaking her and there is normal for any blade; but it should not be constant and loud with each swipe. If you would like to try rotating the wiper 180 degrees when issues like this occur, that can help fix the pressure points and allow the blade to make better contact. All you have to do is rotate the adapter located in the middle of the blade itself. There are two pinch tabs underneath the blade in the middle. Pinch these together and pull up on the adapter and it will come off. Rotate the adapter 180 degrees and reinstall the wiper as you did before.
