We definitely have the replacement keys you need for your 2806 lock code on your Karrite Explorer with code 2806. That is the Replacement Key for Thule and SportRack Cargo Carriers # THKEYN2806. Since Thule owns SportRack and Karrite products, this key fits your locks.
As far as the latch, the only replacement we have is the # 03347. This latch is designed to fit Karrite Explorer model 7251. If this model is what you have, this is the perfect replacement for you. If you happen to have a different model of Explorer, feel free to reply to this answer and I can definitely point you in the right direction.
