We do have a Replacement Key # THKEYN2806 for your Karrite Explorer rooftop cargo box. You might consider replacing the Lock Assembly # SR03807 as it does appear you lock is weathered and the slot for the key is not fully closing. This will allow water to get in and will damage the internals of the lock. Better to replace it now then to wait until the lock fails on you later down the road.
