Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement stainless steel bolt for your DeeMaxx disc brake caliper brackets on 8,000 pound axles. Now this stainless steel bolt is used to attach your DeeMaxx disc brake caliper bracket to the 8,000 pound axle, and it does require the use of the stainless steel lock nuts along with this. We do sell that lock nuts separately. It's part number DE82WR, and I happen to pull that just to show you what the lock nut looks like. And again, that's sold separately.
Now the caliper bracket attaches to the brake mounting flange on the 8,000 pound axle using four of these bolts and nuts. This part here is just for a quantity of one bolt. The thread size on this bolt is 1/2 inch by 20 threads per inch. The length of the bolt, which is measured from under the head to the edge, you can see is right at 1 1/2 inches. And the hex head size that'll fit on this bolt is 3/4 an inch.
But that's gonna do it for the look at this replacement stainless steel bolt for your DeeMaxx disc brake caliper brackets on 8,000 pound axles.
