It is a flat mount design with the fore-post, does include the nuts and the washers, and even the jumper wire, and this part is made in the USA.But that should do it for the review on the replacement relay for the cable hydraulic systems on the Western Snowplow.

Great quality great service. Only one issue was shipping. Ups shipped to a town only 10 miles from my house to Baltimore maryland (180 miles away) then back to my area. Which is not your fault. I would just much rather ship with usps or fed ex. So my expected delivery date ended up 3 days later. After I paid extra for quicker shipping .
