2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Installation was not hard and had help with a video showing a 2023 grand cherokee. Slight differences from the video, but covered what I needed to know to use the factory holes for mounting. Hardware was exact quanity needed. Glad I didn't lose anything.Took me four hours which I think was good for this 70 year old. Wife can now get in easily (she's 4'11")

Good fit on our 2026 Durango GT. Dealer installed but it did not take long. All brackets and bolts came in one box. Running Boards were in another box.

the running boards are nice looking once installed on the vehicle. the installation instructions are terrible. i even called and spoke to the manufacturers technical support guy. he was real nice and cordial and very cooperative. he said the best he could do for clear and concise instructions would be to email them direct to me. they came through immediately, unfortunately they were all dark and obliterated too! i unfortunately just had to figure how to install by myself. so i say this... we don't need no stinkin' instructions!! so it took me 7 hours to struggle and work it out for myself. thanks for nothing. needless to say, i am not a happy camper.

I took time to read the instructions prior to installing the product. it really helped. I started lying out products out on a table at 07:00 am and was backing my wife's new traverse out of the shop, finished at 10:00 am.
went very well and the hardware was great. very heavy duty. Great product.

That is great to hear Ray! I am glad you were able to get it installed yourself, I am sure she was happy. Hoping they look nice on that traverse, I just installed a set on my moms traverse not too long ago.

I received the boards in a real good time frame, my only problem was that the brackets are coming in another shipment and I wasn't informed of that but that may be a venders vault. not ETrailer, the boards are nice looking, hope they look great on.

Received to product before the big snow. It will not be installed in the near future for the following reasons.1)I am handicapped. 2)I am elderly. 3)I have too many doctors appointments.4)I have to find someone to install it in the future. When installed I think it will be a great help to me.I have a jeep Compass which was bought before I had a problem with my legs and broke my ankle. It’s just too high for me to climb up to get in.The car has 2,540miles on it and it isn’t used much except to keep medical appointments.

It would be nice if they sold a filler in the middle it leave a 3/4 inch gap. The paper work states it might not match.it is quite noticeable.

The running board was damaged when it arrived. It took over a month of communicating back and forth via phone and email to get it straightened out. I got different info from different people every time. Finally got a refund after I had to take the big boxes to UPS myself over 30 minutes away from my shop to be shipped back. I won't buy again. Poor customer service
They are simply the order takers. Products are shipped from the manufacturer hence the issue.
