It extends 14.5inch or is 14.5inch tall stowed? same bolt pattern as a Fulton?

The 14-1/4 inch dimension mentioned on the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-2000-B is the travel, or distance the jack's inner tube can move vertically. This fits the same 3 bolt style of jack mount that a Fulton would fit.
