Features to know about

Heats Without Wasting Propane

Heating with propane brings two problems: it costs more than you think, and you're never sure if you have enough to get through the night. This rooftop unit with a built-in heat pump changes that. The heat pump uses electric power to take the edge off cold mornings, so your furnace doesn't have to do all the work. You get reliable warmth through the same ceiling assembly you use for cooling, and the more you heat with electric, the less propane you burn. It's one less system to manage, and one more reason you can camp longer without thinking about your fuel gauge.

Fewer Parts, Faster Setup, Direct Cooling

Ductless air conditioners move air straight into the RV without relying on ceiling ductwork, making them ideal for smaller rigs, retrofits, or any setup where simplicity matters. With a ductless system, what you see is what you get: a rooftop unit connected directly to a ceiling assembly that pushes steady airflow into your living space. They're also perfect for adding a second AC to areas that never cool down properly, like an upper bunk or bonus room. If your RV has no ductwork, a ductless setup gives you cooling power you can feel.

A Smarter, Future-Ready Choice

A lot's changed in RV cooling over the years, and one of the biggest shifts is what's inside the system - not just the tech, but the refrigerant itself. This model uses R-32, a newer refrigerant that cools efficiently while producing significantly less environmental impact. It's cleaner, more future-friendly, and already becoming the standard across the industry. If you're replacing an aging unit, you're not just upgrading your airflow you're upgrading what's behind it.

I haven't installed the AC unit yet. I just wanted to say that the ordering process is extremely easy to complete the transaction process. Checking out of the cart is routine and completed in minutes. I was on the road traveling and decided to order the AC unit and have it delivered to my house. Checking out process has the option to deliver your order to an E-Trailer trusted agent business. I requested to have the AC unit delivered to a trusted agent near my traveling location. who work with E-trailer. The agent was extremely helpful loaded in my truck. Just waiting to get it installed this sometime this week.

excellent product, installation was as easy as you could get, make sure you have 12 volts at the control box as the t/stat gets its power from the control box, it only needs three wires down to the t/stat, unless you are hooking up your furnace to it then you would need five. I used this unit to replace a coleman mach 10 a/c only and its much quieter and colder with better air flow, looking forward to seeing how well the heat pump works in the cold weather, I did try it on a 55 degree morning and it worked well. Comes in two boxes and is packed very well with Styrofoam all around unit, this was installed on a Grand Design Reflection 320 MKS fifth wheel front unit. Theres no better company to deal with than Etrailer, they stand behind all their products and shipping issues.

  • Can GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC Be Used With Thermostat From Existing Setup
Hi KD; the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC # GE34FR will not work with your existing thermostat unless it happens to be for an R32 GE AC. Everything is switching over to R32 refrigerant which requires a whole new setup. You can choose from the following based on having a heat pump and ducted/ductless: -GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System w/ Heat Pump - Ductless - 13,500 Btu - White # GE64RR -GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System - Ductless - 13,500 Btu - White # GE92ZR -GE Appliances Deluxe RV...

  • Will the New R32 Ductless Install Kit for GE Appliances Work with My GE ARC13AACW R410a AC?
Hello Mike, You will not be able to use the Ductless Install Kit for GE Appliances RV ACs - Air Distribution Box, Thermostat, Controls - White # GE46FR with the GE ARC13AACW rooftop air conditioner. The RV Air Conditioner when from the R410a refrigerant to R32 this year. The R32 is much more efficient making it better for the environment and also the consumer, that is a win-win in my book. The downfall to this change is that the new R32 parts are not compatible with the old R410a. The...

  • Can GE Appliances Deluxe/HE RV AC Replace Dometic AC on 2022 Grand Design Reflection
Hey Seb! The GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC # GE34FR and # GE44FR both use the new R32 refrigerant. They can replace your Dometic but it will require a complete system replacement. This is a change that is coming to the whole industry so if you're replacing an AC you might as well go ahead and get it over with. You can choose from the following based on ducted/ductless and if you want a heat pump: -GE Appliances HE RV AC System w/ Heat Pump - Ductless - 13,500 Btu - White # GE54RR -GE Appliances...

  • Will the Heat Pump in the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System w/ Heat Pump Work Below 25° F?
Hey Nick. The heat pump on the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System w/ Heat Pump item # GE64RR will be able to operate and pull heat out of the air until it gets to 25° F. After that it'll engage the automatic switch-over to activate a furnace. Heat pumps work by pulling heat out of the air and at the 25° F it's expending more energy to create heat than it's bringing in. Since it's in a security booth you'll want to supplement with a space heater.

  • Best Way to Replace a Dometic 457915.711CO Air Conditioner
Hey Dale. To replace your Dometic 457915.711CO AC unit you'll need to replace the entire system. None of the newer units are compatible with the older Dometic air boxes because all of the old R410A units and their parts are being phased out. If you find a replacement that has the same connector the pin functions are going to be different and you'll void the warranty on your brand new AC unit. Replacing the entire system will allow you to avoid any compatibility issues and upgrade to an...

  • Availability of Plug and Play Replacement for Dometic Duo-Therm 630515
Hey Paul! Your Dometic Duo-Therm is an old R410A unit. Since everyone had to switch to R32 refrigerant due to the 2025 EPA regulations there are no plug and play replacements available. The new units aren't backwards compatible so the only option is complete replacement with a new system. Assuming you want to keep the heat pump, I recommend the GE Appliances Deluxe Plus RV AC System. You can choose from the following based on color and capacity. You will also need to know if your system...
