Hey everyone, it's Evangeline and today we're taking a look at our tilt handle assembly for the Yakima StageTwo bike rack right here at etrailer. So this is a replacement tilt handle which is this portion here. And this is not include the spring included with your bike rack. In fact, in this video I'll explain how to replace this, what comes with it. And that way, if you need to replace the wheel assembly or the whole tray or an arm, you can make sure you can find the right parts here at etrailer.com. So you can take the handle off you first need to unbolt these two bolts and we're using these special Yakima hex tool.

With this unbolted you can then slowly lift that tilt handle assembly out of the way. You can also see how this one is connected to the bike rack itself. Get your replacement handle assembly go around that tilt handle, and then pop that in and use your included replacement bolt to secure it. So tighten those bolts back down, and once they're all nice and secure and that's it for the replacement install. So this is a direct replacement part for your Yakima StageTwo, you saw that it was mainly the housing for your tilt handle did not include the actual tilt handle since that is connected to the spring of your bike rack.
