Hitch receiver came with everything needed, was able to install it myself , holding up well after 1 year on my GV80

Installed on 2025 Genesis GV80 in about 5 minutes. No need to drop muffler so it was super easy. Absolutely perfect fit.
Product is 5 star, shipping pack doesn't make 1 star. Product paint was scrapped off because product tore hole in shipping container, and was outside box when it arrived. POOR!!
Worked out so well, we ordered a second one.
Good design. Installation was straightforward. I would recommend adding a seven-pin trailer mount to to hitch to accommodate the trailer wiring harness/plug available from Genesis. I found suitable mounting hardware at a local RV dealer/parts house.
I received the trailer hitch for my 2025 Genesis GV80, I didn't want to send any feedback to your linked attachment before contacting you, the issue is have is with the shipping container, I dont understand how or if was shipped or delivered in this condition, I have not opened the box I dont know if the bolts, washers are even in it. Please see photos below.
