Packaging could use some work as the unit was bouncing around in a card board box. The receiver portion was exposed to the wonders of the shipper. Fortunately, it is a robust part and did not get beat up to badly.
Easy to install.....bolt holes line up with the threaded bolt holes in the frame. I did find a 2nd person and a hydraulic floor jack came in handy. Couldn't pull off installation by myself. I REALLY like that the receiver lines up flush with the bumper. Nothing sticking out to whack my shins on. The only minor gripe I have is that the safety chain hooking spots hang down a little low. As I am one to back into parking spots, I often scrape the bumpstop. Also, on steep driveways, it scrapes uphill or downhill. But that is minor stuff.

Im still happy with the performance of the hitch. I primarily use it for carrying snowblower on a flat rack. Soon though, I will be hitching a UHaul trailer to it. I am sure it will work just fine.
Packaging is very poor. Hitch was coming out of box in several places! This is my second hitch l have purchased and both boxes were a disaster!

Perfect fit, installed my self on a 2021 GV80, was as easy as the install video shows
Perfect fit on my 2022 g80.
Fit my 2025 Genesis GV 80 Like a glove. No need to lower the exhaust in the 2025. Just bolt in place. 20 minutes 8 bolts that are pre threaded in the GV 80 frame and you are done.

Quick Shipping. Perfect Fit
I received the trailer hitch for my 2025 Genesis GV80, I didn't want to send any feedback to your linked attachment before contacting you, the issue is have is with the shipping container, I dont understand how or if was shipped or delivered in this condition, I have not opened the box I dont know if the bolts, washers are even in it. Please see photos below.

Just had installed today. Plan to use it for bikes and an extra load platform. Looks fine on a Genesis .
