Best Trailer Hitch, Wiring, and Replacement Hubs for a 2025 Nissan Murano and 2020 Triton LTW

Hi JJ, I'd be happy to help with both projects.

For your 2025 Nissan Murano, all three of the trailer hitches we offer fit the vehicle, and they all have a similar appearance with the cross tube visible below the rear bumper. There isn't a truly hidden hitch option available at this time. If I were choosing one, I'd go with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C93MJ. Curt has a great reputation, it's a solid, well built hitch, and it's one I would feel confident recommending.

For the trailer wiring, I recommend the Curt T Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # C73DQ. It's a custom fit harness for the 2025 Murano that provides the 4 way flat connector you'll need to power the lights on your Triton trailer without having to splice into your factory wiring.

As for the hubs on your 2020 Triton LTWCI, I did some research and it appears that trailer commonly uses a 2,000 pound idler axle with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a 1-1/16" straight spindle. If that's what your trailer has, the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly, part # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K, is very likely the correct replacement. That said, I can't guarantee it based on the trailer VIN or axle tag alone. The best way to be certain is by checking the bearing numbers stamped on the bearings inside the existing hub, or by measuring the spindle where the bearings ride with a digital caliper like part # PTW80157. That will let us confirm the correct hub with confidence before you order.
