Quality and easy installation.
The free shipping on orders over $100 was great… and it arrived a day sooner than promised! Can’t wait to get it installed!!!
Honestly, arrived scuffed up. I guess the second part is my own fault that I didn’t read that the thing requires you to cut through the back bumper. The tow package that comes on the Ariya doesn’t require any body modification. I was looking for a bolt-on piece I could install myself, but I’m not willing to cut the bumper on my own/ I don’t have the proper tools. Seems like a poor design.
Hitch doesn’t fit my Aryia. Still trying to get a return, jusy told to contach Curt, no phone number given. It’s the first time I’ve had problems with E-Trailer
I like the quality of Hitch--It arrived very rapidly and fit perfectly as described,
with the caveat that it is relatively essential to have a second person on hand briefly for the crux step of maneuvering the hitch into place for securing the first bolt on each side, especially if installing at home without the benefit of a lift.
As usual, the product is easy to install and works like a charm. First time I used it I was not pulling a trailer, just mounting bikes on the back. Still I was going 150 miles over the mountains, so there was some trepidation involved. But yay! not a hitch! (yeah, I meant that pun). And it even looks good. The Nissan dealership was even impressed when I took the car back in for service.

Great communication with the company. The product fits well, and looks great;like it came with the car.
Hitch came quickly, and the video provided made installing pretty straightforward. I’m pretty handy, but had never installed a hitch, and even though it was rated Moderate, I had no issues.
