Question:

Hi Im leasing a 2024 Nissan Aria Platinum Plus dual motor AWD and would love to have a hitch installed but I see that there has to be fascia trimming? Im assuming I cannot do that because Im leasing the car! Any other hitches that might work without needing to trim anything?

Hey Carmelo! Installation of any custom hitch like the # DT26KV or # C64ZV will require trimming. Unfortunately, there is really no way around it for your 2024 Nissan Ariya. Were you planning on towing or do you need it for accessories like a bike rack? A roof rack like # TH67FA will work for a bike rack or extra storage with a roof box if that is your goal.

Hey Carmelo, did you decide to go with a roof rack for your bike or extra storage instead of the hitch? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it might help others in a similar situation.

@RobinH I'm actually going to get a camper van instead because my electric car cannot tell very much something like a thousand pounds Max but the hitch would suffice for a bike rack for sure
