Great product . Was a tight fit had to have a friend pry one side to get bolts in.
The hard part was getting the bolts started.
Had a little trouble getting the holes to line up but other than that the hitch is great.
Excellent quality...simple installation (according to my mechanic) Looks like it belongs on the Tracker.

Great service! The package arrived sooner than expected. I was surprised to find everything needed for installation in the box. However, the bolts were not the correct type and the holes did not match up perfectly so I did have to visit the hardware store and make some adjustments before the new tow hitch was on the vehicle and ready to roll. All in all it worked out well and I am pleased with the purchase. We will use the hitch with a bike carrier and take the grandkids biking with us.
It matched up with 3 of 4 mounting nuts on the 2002 Tracker. I don't think the problem stems from you product. I just have to grind about a 1/4 in on the last hole to accept the bolt to the frame of the Tracker. The only other thing I had to do was tap the mounting bolts on the tracker because they were so rusty. Once I did that bolts worked perfectly. Very good quality product. Very happy with hitch working as advertised.

I had to enlarge the hitches holes 1/16th of an inch to get the bolts to start. Once started went in like a dream. It's a 25 year old vehicle so who know what's off but got it done.

I like the fact that it’s a 2” hitch and that has a slightly greater capacity than the factory hitch. However, due to the location of my diesel’s DEF tank (no fault of Curt) the hitch hangs so low that it often scrapes the ground when I drive on steep driveways and Jeep roads, which I often do. So, if I had it do over again, I would have bought a vehicle with a factory hitch or bought a factory hitch and installed it myself. Also, I’ve had no end of trouble with the e-trailer supplied 4-pin wiring adapter. After three visits to a reputable professional installer, I still have problems with trailer lights behaving erratically. For this reason alone, I would prefer a factory-installed 7 pin setup.

THE HITCH FIT PERFECT ALONG WITH THE HARDWARE. THE TUTORIAL VIDEO HELPED A TON WITH THE INSTALL AS WELL. VERY SATISFIED!
Got it late evening .... was so excited that I couldn't wait til the next day to install....
Went out at midnight in the driveway and installed it in less than 30 min... bolted right on... only prep was cleaning out the factory weld nuts...Got
Having an articulating universal joint for the socket made it go very quickly..

Product installed as expected and I think has a cleaner, simpler look when viewed from behind the vehicle than some of the other brands. The quality of materials seem good. I've towed my 4'x8' trailer several times with 2 or 3 motorcycles on it. Over the years we will learn how it holds up to salt, etc.

I left the way it installed it was very easy it looks natural like it's supposed to be there like the factory did it the light plug hook up was great plug & play it's extremely strong I already over pulled it couldn't even tell that I moved or did anything bad. I am extremely happy I couldn't have asked for anything better etrailer really came through with showing an excellent product I have pictures and videos that I took of installation when I did it one year ago.but me being a truck driver I haven't gotten to upload I will try at this time now that I got the link again. Also being a truck driver hooking up a 53-foot trailers all day I know something or two after 25 years of trucking about towing what's on my mind helps me understand how excellent this product really is
We received our hitch in about 3 days the day I receive that my wife and I installed it in less than 30 minutes I never even had to Jack the car up to get underneath it to Mount the hitch for boats piece of cake I recommend is hitched anybody now I can carry my bike I could still open the door or tailgate I should say and the receiver looks really nice it's hidden well and to think about it and also protect the fuel tank that is mounted behind it so my hat's off to etrailer I've ordered other products some etrailer andhave great results the price was great as a matter of fact I priced the same receiver at another site they wanted $245 my wife and I saved quite a bit of money thank you etrailer

Had to do some minor adjustments to the mounting members to match the vehicle frame weldnuts. Once adjustment alignment was successful it bolted right on.

I ordered a bolt on hitch receiver and wiring harness for my 2003 Chevy tracker. I was pleasantly surprised to find the wiring harness was literally plug and play. Didn't even have to disconnect other connection and add T... literally there was a factory connect just waiting for the plug.
The hitch should have been a 5 minute job. I attached the two bolts on one side and then went to the other side. They didn't quite line up but i thought i could manage... wrong cross threaded. Ruined nut. Easy fix with tap and die but not everyone has this. MY ADVISE: IT WILL BE WORTH IT TO REMOVE THE HITCH, BEND THE FLANGES TO LINE UP AND THEN TRY AGAIN. GET THEM EXACT BEFORE GOING FOR IT.
The hitch was built perfectly. My vehicle was off just a smidgen after 20 years on the road. I made a 1/4 inch adjustment (and clearing of the bolt holes...dirt and debris from 20 years on the road) and the hitch fit perfectly. I ruined one trying to clear the holes and eTrailer even sent me an extra bolt for free because. Thank you Carol C. at eTrailer.com
Fits my 2003 Chevy Tracker, 3 bolts went in great, but I had to ream out the 4th hole to fit.Total time about 40 minutes. I watched the video on how to clean out the weld nuts,very necessary to do this to get the bolts in properly. The wiring harness for the trailer hitch fit perfectly, took only 5 minutes total. I watched the video on how to install the wiring harness too . I totally recommend theses products.

Thanks for sharing how your install went, Jane! Sometimes when the there's rust in those nuts it can get tricky, but it sounds like it was no problem at all for you :)
