Note: Tie-down anchors must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the anchors being used. For example, if you are using anchors with a WLL of 100 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 400 lbs, then you need at least 4 anchors to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use anchors in pairs.

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer E-Track Tie Down anchor. It's going to be a simple tie down point for your straps when tying things down to your E-track systems. You can place this anywhere that you normally would with any E-track or X-track accessories, and you can snap it in and move it around as needed for your different cargo. Let's check it out. The anchor point here is more than large enough for your S-hook straps as well as any of your double J-hook straps.
It even fit multiple straps on here if you wanted to, just be mindful of the weight capacity of 4,000 pounds with a safe working load limit of 1,200 pounds. Personally I prefer the S-hook straps here especially with the snap rings. It's just gonna make things a little bit easier to tie down so that they don't come loose before you tighten your ratchet straps. And anywhere you've got some E-track, you can get this mounted up very easily by pulling that trigger release sliding it up into place, back down and lock it in so you get a secure hold wherever you need these tie-downs, you can mix and match them, move them around wherever you need in your trailer. Looking closer at the material you'll also notice it's a yellow zinc plated steel.
The steel's gonna keep things nice and strong and that plating is going to keep it resistant to rust and corrosion over time. So today we're in an enclosed trailer but even if you have it on an open utility trailer, it'll hold up to the elements. And that's really all there is to it. It's a pretty simple tie-down point. If you find that you need something a little bit different or you need stuff in addition to this, we've got plenty of E-track accessories, anything from slightly bigger tie-down loops or stronger, in this case, or maybe some rollers to help pull the strap at a more even angle.
You can do that. All the different accessories are really gonna just depend on what kind of stuff you're carrying but if you need just a simple tie-down point to get something secured, this will definitely do the trick. But that's just been our look at the etrailer Tie Down anchor for your E-track systems. Thanks for watching.

I think they will work well.
