Hey Steve! I'm assuming you mean inside the trailer? If that is correct, the Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17 is your best bet. This fits tires up to 6-1/2" wide so it will be able to handle the fat tire e-bikes. If you don't have good tie-down points on the trailer you can add some Snap-Loc E Track Tie-Down Anchors # SLSS along with straps like the CargoSmart Retractable Ratchet Straps for E-Track # 3481717. If you already have straps you can use the etrailer E Track O-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # e77HR as an attachment point for regular ratchet straps.
