How's it going, neighbors Today we're gonna take a look at the PTC in cabin air filter and see how well it fits in our 2025 Toyota RAV4. Now, changing your in cabin air filter is one of the easier ways to not only improve the air quality, but to ensure that your HVAC system is working at its best, you know, without working too hard to push the air through. So let's take a closer look at what it's made of and see how easy it is to install. The air filters media material is gonna allow for air to pass through and basically capture all the dust, smoke, pollen, all the things that are in the air that gives you a, you know, basically if you have allergies, that gives you a nightmare. So I'm gonna show you how easy it is to swap this guy out. You don't need any tools.
First, you're gonna open your unlocked glove box and you're gonna remove this post here. Just pull it right out, and then you just press in on the sides. And from here you can completely remove the glove box. Now when we go in here, you are gonna see this door right here that's marked up, and you're just gonna grab it on one side and pull it out. And then you're gonna have the bracket for the air filter.
You can already see that this guy right here is way overdue for being replaced. Comparing it side by side, you can see how much dirt and everything that's on the inside of it. Light's not even passing through it anymore. So now we're gonna go ahead, make sure that we have our airflow pointing in the correct direction, and this guy tells you which way to point it. And we're just gonna load up our filter.
You can kind of see right here, these black retaining clips hold it into place. And now just gonna slide this guy back in and replace our door. Now you have these two hooks here that are gonna go right in on the other side. You're just gonna press it back into place. And now you just reverse the process of disassembly.
Hook this guy on, press your hooks on the side, and reattach this guy over here. And you're good to go. If you have asthma or allergies, this is a step that you just can't pass up. Once you get this guy switched out, you know you're good to go. And once you get it installed in your vehicle, I'd love to know what you think about it. Please leave a review. The product was very good and fit exactly into place when I installed it inside my car. Anytime you are replacing your air cabin filter, it can be a chore at times. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product and recommend for anyone who is looking for an air cabin filter for a Toyota Camry 2009.
Every vehicle should have one, most vehicles have a set place for them but the vehicle may not come with one installed as in my Ram 1500, especially install one if you are tired of all the dust in your vehicle, they are awesome

Perfect fit at a great price, I bought 2 to keep up with the replacement. Easy to install, there are directions or just watch a video. Seriously, don't have a mechanic replace this filter, it is very easy.
Although it is not listed on the instructions, it fits a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer (GTS) as OEM. So, don't worry about it.

The PTC CABIN FILTER #3705 is a great value. Cost is always a factor when purchasing a disposable product, unless you have a lung disorder. Just keep in mind, it may be a long wait for delivery. Ours took several weeks to arrive ... Slow boat from China??

Well to start. I cant believe how responsive the company and team were. I ordered a in cabin filter for my ranger and it arrived within the same week and flawless arrival. Not damaged or anything ( being that its a filter) happy overall and will definitely be ordering again in the future
