Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover. This vinyl cover protects your RV spare tire from dirt, water, sunlight and corrosion. Features a UV and water resistant fabric that's designed to whip 00:00:14 away moisture. It's also going to feature heavy nylon threads that help ensure weatherproof seams. Now the cover is colonial white in color. It easily wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Here on the back side, this is the stitching we're talking about going around the elastic portion right there as well as on the front. All the seams are going to be weather tight, not going to let through dirt or moisture. Really nice design and you can see that it offers a really great fit to the tire itself. We have this elastic cord here on the back side that allows for an easy installation and ensure a snug fit. On the inside, we're going to have a soft non-scratch lining and this cover is designed to fit tires that have an outer diameter of around 28 inches. The color is a close match to the boat, so it looks like it belongs on the rig.
The spare gets no road time but plenty of sunlight aging. The cover should help preserve its 'youth' so that it is available to functionally fulfill its duty if ever needed. Our original spare had to be replaced at the same time the original tires were replaced - because it had cracks from sunlight exposure that began to leak.
Measure carefully: the cover is designed to fit the tire snugly.
Good quality and easy to install
Had trouble fitting the Torklift propane tank lock - the tank bolt was barely long enough to grab the threads of the lock nut and the lock nut arms were too long to get past the gas regulator. Had to bend the arms up to get it to work.
The spare wheel cover arrived on schedule and was exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson was very helpful in suggesting a better alternative to what I was originally going to order. I appreciate the good service and quality product.

My tire cover arrived rather quickly and it fit perfect. It is quite wrinkled but I hope it straightens out after it has been on a while.

Purchased this in 2023 and its still going strong after a year in the Texas sun. The first few times on the highway, I removed the cover to keep it from blowing off but then I tried leaving it on and no issues with highway speeds. It fits my 175/80R13 perfectly and stays on tight. No problems with the elastic stretching out. It's rare these days to get a product that actually does what it's supposed to!
I’ve been using this cover for over a year now. The car is parked outside 100% of the time. I run it through the car wash twice a year. You can see it still looks brand new!
It's funky but functional. Looks just like the photo: wrinkly and puckered. Fits tire snuggly, probably won't blow off. If you want a smooth, classy cover on the back of your trailer buy something else. For me, it's ok.
This spare tire cover is great. It stays snug and tight and has shown no sign of deterioration yet despite being out in the weather all the time.

Ordered this cover for a 26" mega-donut spare I got for my dad's trailer which had never had a spare. Ordered a 25 1/2" cover which fit well. I was worried the donut would be difficult to fit a cover on. Haven't had it on the road to see if it will stay on in high wind yet, as there is some excess material in the back. Looks great on the old trailer. Thanks to Mariah for spending some time on the phone listening and assisting. 1st experience with etrailer was great!
Spare tire cover for my 225/75/R/15 tire good. The elastic fits just tight enough to hold well but allow it to be removed if needed. The material is vinyl with soft fleece inside.
The spare tire covers were all I expected and they were easily ordered and very quickly delivered. Very Impressive and so much easier and less hassle than going to various stores that may or may not have your color or size
The wheel cover is on a boat trailer spare tire. It looks good and seems to be constructed well. Too soon to make a final judgement .

Its been a year since I installed the Camco tire cover on my rvs spire tire and its still holding up great.
