Today we're going to be taking a look at the CE Smith Frame Strap. Frame Straps are designed to be used with U-bolts or hardware to secure accessories to your trailer frame. This is made from a rustproof aluminum construction. It's very strong and durable. It's going to be great for marine use or any application that's exposed to moisture. The product's going to include 1 frame strap.
It's made right here in the USA. A few measurements to go over with you real quick, starting with the distance we have center on center between the holes. That's going to give a measurement of around 4". Measuring the space in between the holes from closest edge to closest edge, that's going to give a measurement of about 2-7/8". Overall length is going to measure around 6".
The overall width is going to measure 1-1/2". The thickness of the plate's going to measure 3/8" thick. The bolt holes are going to give us a measurement of 9/16" wide by 1-1/16" long. U-bolts or hardware is going to be sold separately, so if you're in need of that you can check out some options here at etrailer.com.
