Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Lumar PGX Fluke Anchor with rope and chain. Folks this is gonna be a galvanized eight pound anchor with the galvanized chain and 125 foot of rope. Folks, this is gonna be great for holding into the sand in the mud. You can drop your anchor in different conditions with this fluke anchor.
Now this will set quickly and hold reliably. So as you know, whenever it's set, it's gonna be pulling like this on the bottom and it's gonna hold nice and firm. Now, zooming back out, you can see you can use it either way, potentially, 'cause this will rock back and forth depending on how you throw it out and everything. Now you're gonna get the chain, the rope, and the shackle that I've already kind of put on here to connect the anchor to the rope and everything. Again, it's made of galvanized structural steel for durability and to make it impact resistant.
Now, once you get all that connected, you come in here to the rope onto the chain. It's a nice plat rope here so you don't have to worry about stuff binding on here or anything like that, and it's gonna be a great rope. It is half inch thick, and the total weight of everything here is about 23 pounds, anchor and rope combined. Now the chain itself is five feet long, and again, the rope length is 125 feet. Give you a total of about 130 foot total.
Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Not much more to say about our anchor here today. My name is Steven. Thanks so much for joining me. As always, we welcome feedback, photos, and reviews.
Have a good one.
