Reese 60x24 Hitch Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - 500 lbs Capacity - Glossy Black
My 9 year old and I were able to assemble and install this in about an hour. The anti rattle bolt recommended in the video, and the lights, were great additions and I definitely recommend them too. Handled a 900 mile round trip around the northeast and had plenty of room to bring Xmas presents home in the Curt waterproof cargo bag.
This is a solid Cargo carrier. I was originally looking for a rooftop carrier but I came to realize that a cargo carrier is a far superior option for increased weight and size, ease of access, stability and aerodynamic. Although this one doesn't fold up, there is still adequate space to access the rear hatch on my SUV.

Curt 60x24 Hitch Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - 500 lbs Capacity - Matte Black
Great cargo rack! Well made and strong. We modified ours to carry our ebikes on top of our generator and cooler. We've been from coast to coast with no problems.
Used it a hand full of times for camping with two different SUVs and its been great. Once over 2000 miles round trip. With the waterproof bag you can hold more gear since it goes above the side rails. Just be careful if your driveway slopes down you’ll lightly scrape the ground when backing out. And if you have a smaller suv or car make sure you center the heaviest items or it will feel it pulling back and forth on the freeway.

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
I use this on my 2022 F250, when hauling my cab over. I was able to remove the folding part and attach it straight to my hitch to get it closer to the back of the truck. It’s light weight, decently sturdy, and easy to assemble.
This thing was not fun to put together. At all. But I got fair warning about it from the reviews. I suggest a 17mm socket bit and a drill. Plan on taking it apart a couple times so don't cinch it down tight at first. Once it is put together it's a solid unit. It'll be nice for our camping trips. The light bulky stuff that took up precious real estate can now ride outside.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
I love this unit! I’m an avid Camper and Jeeper. My rig has big tires including the spare that requires additional clearance. In addition to hauling my gear, I had concerns about ground clearance off roading and stability. This unit exceeded my expectations on every point! I can even open the tailgate with the unit on and it still has enough clearance to fold up when not loaded. In addition to a great product, the order was confirmed and shipped same day and on my doorstep two days later. It was pretty easy to put together but having a second person to help and fit it on the first time is helpful. Great product!
Rack is very well made and large for the price! Love the multiple angles it supports.

23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 450 lbs
The cargo carrier came exactly as billed. It was simple to put together and was perfiect for my first two dump runs.
Great website. Easy to sort info/products. Bought frame/bag. Reasonable price. VERY fast shipping! Frame seems sturdy enough to last. Bag is heavy nylon that seems will last at least a few years with light/medium loads. Put together/Installed in about 20 minutes. So far so good.

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Good product - but the instructions are not so clear. You need to make sure the bottom rack is installed in a way that the bolts to the center rack fit. I had to do a lot of screwing and unscrewing to make it fit right. Definitley need a socket set and adjustible wrench.
All in all a good cargo carrier. I'm happy that every single fastener used a nylon lock nut. I'm using the 1 1/4" hitch. The one thing If I was using a 2", I'd be disappointed by the plastic receiver adapter. Maybe it works fine, but I'd have my doubts. The car is a Chevy Bolt EV, using the beefy and highly recommended Draw-Tite hitch. Don't bother with any other hitch, they bend or are insane to install. My only issue is that, unsurprisingly, it rides low, and scrapes when I leave my driveway, and it's not even that bad a driveway. One nice thing with the electric is that there's no hot exhaust to melt your cargo! The range / fuel economy hit is almost certainly better than a roof box, and it's way more accessible.

32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 400 lbs
Hitch works well to transport Lectric trike on back of Class C motorhome. Added magnetic hauling lights plugged into trailer towing plug to corners for additional safety.
Purchased this to carry an e-trike on the front of my truck. It was the only one I could find that would accommodate the 30" width of the trikes rear wheels.

Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs
Don't recommend this product for anyone wanting to transport a bike over 250lbs. It's two separate pieces bolted together, and after setup I didn't feel confident in its ability to hold my Honda ct110 just by the look of it. The bike's wet weight is 203lbs, and when I mounted my bike to this unit it didn't feel sturdy at all. The photos I included show where the four bolts easily started to concave, I didn't feel like I was over tightening. So, beware of this if you do get this product. After I knew this wasn't the product for me I did try contacting their customer service to see what they could do, but didn't hear back from them at all. So without any hope for a resolution, this ended up being donated to the local goodwill. Hope this helps others think twice about purchasing.
I can't say I'm entirely happy with my purchase. The instructions were more confusing than helpful. Note in "instruction.jpg" photo of STEP 1 that the text says to put the 8 small bolts in from the inside first, but the drawing clearly shows them as going in from the outside. The last step says to place the ramp onto the receiver as shown.... glad I didn't throw away the box because there is no drawing that shows ramp installation. Actually, the photo on the box was more helpful than any of the instructions. Also, I need to make a trip to the hardware store to buy longer medium bolts because the ones that came with the carrier were not long enough to fully engage the self locking feature of the nylon lock nuts. At a minimum a couple of threads should protrude beyond the nylon. See photo "nut.jpg". The bolt threads don't reach the end of the nylon, so the self locking feature is not fully engaged. I did tighten the nut, but that was as far as it would go. I think once I get back from the hardware store with the new medium bolts and after I reverse the 8 small bolts (I followed the drawing and not the text of the instructions), I'll be OK with the carrier.

GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out - 34 cu ft - 300 lbs - Dark Gray
We purchased this carrier to use with our 2022 Toyota Highlander for family vacations/trips. I works great for luggage, etc. No issues with it leaking while driving in rain. We use the supplied locks to keep our luggage secure. When we get home, we pull the drain plug, wash it out and let it dry. We are very happy with it.
Excellent service with etrailer and expeditious shipping! Couldn’t be happier and thank you!!! The model cats are not for sale sadly ??

Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System w/ 2 Enclosed Cargo Carriers - 2" Hitches
Easy assembly. Great design! Swing out feature is awesome to allow easy access to SUV liftgate. Extra storage space allows 5 or 6 people with luggage, golf clubs, tailgating equipment, etc. to travel together in one vehicle. License plate holder and light kit is a great accessory.
Unfortunately we can’t open rear of 2018 expedition with the top box in place. One of the knob locking pins is/was broken in shipping. I also wish all of the items were keyed the same. This whole setup is 5 keys. I’ll probably call a locksmith and have them all re-keyed if possible.

20x48 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
This is a sturdy carrier. Welds all seem good. Paint is just fine. Steel tubing is very strong. The weight is heavy but reasonable for one person to install and remove. I plan to remove it when not in use on our trip to avoid having to fold it up and lose ability to access the hatch on our van. It has a bit of play in both the receiver and on the folding hinge. I’m going to use construction shims taped in place to reduce the wiggle but even without those, it’s not bad. Even with a jumbo cooler, we can still see the plate. This will do the trick for vacation and camping gear without having to haul a massive 60” carrier. Love the size and build.
Love this unit! Install was simple. It's solid, heavy duty, and folds up out of the way.

32x48 Reese Steel Solo Cargo Carrier and Folding Ramp for 2" Hitches - 400 lbs
Had another rack that was cheaper but not wide enough for what i needed that seemed a lot better built, not impressed with build but do like the folding gate and the tie down holes in the sides, I wouldn’t go as low as a three star rating but I don’t really think it is worthy of a four star either
Very fast shipping, I like that.now about this rack, very well built and easy to put together.ramp is ok but not good enough for me,to steep, took to a welder shop and had another 2ft added, now it's 6ft long and folds up the same way,now it works great.this rack sits about 4ft from the truck so I'm putting lights on this and new stickers, the ones that are on suck, they fell off.now the receiver of the rack, can be turned to make the rack lower but to me it's to low and will drag in dips so I have it up high, its about 2ft now and can't drag that why I added to the ramp, make it work for you.now this rack does wobble some so buy a hitch stabilizer for 20 bucks that stops that problem. This is still better than dragging around a trailer and still I can park in a parking lot so it works for me

19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs
Works great for camping trips. Also, adapted carrier to hold a electric wheel chair which a foldable ramp (adapted) is used to get it up on the carrier.
This cargo carrier worked great. Used it to move a rototiller, 2 hour trip. No damage or deformation to the carrier despite the tiller being near the top of the weight limit. The hitch bolt held the carrier firmly in place. It doesn't come with the lights, I installed light kit Item # 52014. Just had to drill four small holes (I knew this light kit wasn't specifically designed for this carrier, just wanted something cheap). Works great on a Town Car, lots of ground clearance. I'm very happy with this product.

24x48 Lets Go Aero BigBoss Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs
This product is great for those who own SUVs. My Wife and I bought this hitch box for our Highlander to get some added hauling space for our family vacations. The added space allowed us to bring our BOB double stroller and beach chairs which would not have fit in the car with the coolers and suitcases. In a Highlander XLE this hitch box almost doubled the storage capacity of the vehicle for us. We took careful measurements of all of our gear before picking this model. The PROs for this hitch box are ease of installation on the vehicle, plus the multiple tie down holes make it easy to pack. ALSO FOR PARENTS! This hitch box will hold a BOB double jogging stroller. The wheels will fit right around the top edge (see photo) which means you do not loose storage space UNDER the stroller! This allowed us to put umbrellas and other bags in the box and the stroller+straps stopped these items from falling out. The CONs for this hitch box are the ease of assembly and the shipping material. The box was a little worse for wear when UPS dropped it off with some bent corners on the side panels of the hitch box. The primary main issue with assembly is two of the bolts that hold the bottom to the side are above the main center support making these two bolts incredibly frustrating to install. The second issue with assembly is the corner braces that firm up the vertical corners. The holes perfectly align on each corner, making tightening the bolts fully hard because you may not be able to fit a wrench in the space.
Good, rugged design. I sometimes worry about the ground clearance, but that has more to do with my vehicle and hitch than the design of the Big Boss. Once mounted, the silent hitch pin does a great job of securing the rig and eliminating noise. Very sturdy. I really like that there are several hole punches for tying down or ratcheting down your goods. I like the 6" tall walls, really keeps everything well protected. I was able to fit 3 full coolers on the Big Boss, and the best part is that my hatch was still able to open and close with ease. The license plate and brake lights are both still visible, so there is no need to move the tag or set up trailer electronics. Awesome!

And exactly how much from the ground to the bottom edge here it's about 15-1/2". So, it's going to be up far enough.
