Best 2019 Jeep Wrangler Safety Cables

Had lots of ? and customer service was great. The ordering process was really painless all items arrived earlier than estimated. Everything mounted as stated with ease. I just watched a videos which Made the install easy. We are flat towing a Jeep Wrangler JL. The Roadmaster base plate with arms look good on the vehicle.

They stay coiled up and out of the way, no binding. The adapters for my Falcon 2 tow bar fit perfectly as well as to my bumper.

Used these with the Raodmaster Blackhawk 2 Tow bar and the Direct connect base kit with removable arms. They were easy to run thru the channels on the tow bar and did not hang down excessively. Very easy to connect with the hooks on one end and the O rings on the other. Would recommend!

I purchased RoadMaster Safety Cables for my 1993 Jeep Wrangler that was equipped with a StowMaster tow bar. Instructions were provided for several manufactures of tow bars including my StowMaster. Assembly was simple and took approximately 15 minutes and provided for a perfect fit.

These are fine - probably oversized for my Wrangler 4 door tow, the hooks are a bit thick so have to fiddle a bit to get them on to the hooks of my two bar mount, but that is what you get when oversizing. The tension is great, no issues.

Tow cables are as described fitting my toe bar. I prefer the straight cables versus the coiled ones thus am quite happy with your product

I purchased the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 5,000 lbs. initially I was Leary of the product because of its low price compared to other tow bars. I now can say my concerns were needless because after flat towing my Wrangler over 5,000 trouble-free miles I have nothing negative but only positives to report. The best thing I like about the tow At is that it only takes 5 minutes to attach and unhook.

I have been using "Coil Cables" for over 30 years. I always tell people about them and suggest over any chain set out there. The coil keeps the cables from dragging the ground and getting chewed up by the road. I suggest the use of 1/2 inch, Grade 8 hardware to attach to your trailer. If you do not have Grade 8 hardware then jump into your car and go get some. Nothing less is sufficient for the task. Do not sell yourself short on attachments. Remember this rule: Your wife and children may be coming from the other direction. Make sure you are safe. etrailer, my thoughts about this company are simple. Great people and great products. In the past I have contacted the Customer Service group twice. Yes only twice in 10+ years of business. My questions and issues were solved fast and we were all happy. One of my old D ring cables got drug under my 6"drop down reciever and destroyed it. The D rings were always a hassle to deal with. Theses slide right in and your done.

Had to order a longer set of cables since I use a drop receiver. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast .I won't buy anywhere else but etrailer they are great.

This product worked great. Didn't have a place to connect the safety cables. Wrapped these around the frame at the bumper.

Rated at 10,000 lbs., it's probably overkill for towing my 4700 lb. Jeep but I will travel down the road knowing it will not under perform. I have always been satisfied with Roadmaster's quality of all their products. Etrailer has been excellent to do business with and I will continue to do so in the future.

Yup, they are steel cables and at one year they have not rusted in half. Well, ok, they have not rusted at all even at the point where I let one rub on the frame and it chewed an away some of the coating. Good cables which will last as long as I need. I actually moved them from the wrangler i originally installed them on to our new maverick to tow that.

My tow vehicle went on fire on July 4. If I did NOT have these safety cables, I would not have been able to disconnect my motorhome before it, too, caught fire. I will never tow with the other cables.

The safety cables are working fine, but I'm not impressed with the safety latches. They are difficult to compress when disconnecting.

Easy to install and work like they're supposed to. I bought my Roadmaster Sterling secondhand and the cables that came with it were just a bit too long for my setup, and they dragged on the ground enough to get pretty torn up. These are the perfect length to allow for movement, but not so long that they drag.
