Purchased hitch, wiring harness & ball mount. All parts arrived as described, hitch & mount very well made. Installation video was right on and left no room for error. Since I was working on the ground installation took longer than quoted. Hitch mounted to existing holes in frame with no alteration. Should the need arise I would certainly buy from them again.

I reviewed the product installation video after which I felt very confident in being able to install the hitch and receiver myself. The receiver is now installed and looks really good. I also really like this site with all their installation materials and valuable reviews.

Great service from etrailer.com. Your site helped me determine the easy "plug in" wiring kit wouldn't work on my Sorento since I did not have the tow package. Other sites told me the plug in kit would work on ALL Sorentos. Installation of the hitch was really easy. Instructions helped but weren't really needed. Have a friend help you as this Class III hitch is rather heavy.

I would give five stars but due to what looks like packaging problems the hitch came very marred and the coating chipping off.

The product is what I wanted at a good price, was not real tight fit into the receiver. but for the light towing I do, it is adequate.

Excellent product! With the three different ball sizes, this tri-ball mount gives you a lot of flexibility. Gone are the days of having several different ball mounts to fit different tongues. High quality construction makes this an excellent investment.

Came quickly, website was easy. Good product. Lost the pin to hold it in during a trip and still came thru. It jammed into my receiver and didn't come loose until I took the trailer off.

It is heavy duty and well-built. I am not disappointed at all and I get comments everyone smile from people who are used to traveling overseas asking where I got the European style hitch from. The only downside is the lack of interchangeability in the size of the ball itself but I don’t think that’s a big deal because I set it up for what I need it for and keep a vehicle vehicle for longer periods of time.

Solid, heavy as heck. Bought this model because 1) I only have 1 lightweight trailer (Malone xtralight, also purchased from etrailer at the same time) and it’s light weight. 2) I am stuffing this into an adaptor also bought from etrailer to further stuff into a receiver also purchased from etrailer. 3) All this is on the back of my 2018 Subaru Outback. Beings that it’s a Subaru it’s not going to be used to drag a huge or heavy trailer. I’ll repeat this part in my review of the adapter, buy probably from etrailer, a receiver lock that is sleeved, to be both 1/22 and 5/8 and long. That way if you don’t want this sticking way out the back (shin killer) you can use 1 lock and go all the way through receiver/ adapter/ and this ball mount. Otherwise buy you’ll need 2 locks 1 for receiver to adapter 5/8 and a second 1/22 to go through adapter into this unit. A side benefit is it’s just different. It’s not an everyday boring looking ball mount, it’s heavy duty so why not.

Great purchase experience. eTrailer has this convenient package of ball and hitch already torqued together, AND includes a locking pin in addition to the normal cotter pin! Website is clear on details of package, contents, and dimensions of each component. Shipping was fast and packaged well. Let the packing/shipping department know they should've used a bigger box and packed it differently? Kinda disappointed as this isn't the first time stuff has been battle-scarred before I get it. Considering my next steps.

Heavy Duty. I use it on my Ford 350 to haul out boats with a hydraulic trailer. Never a worry if the trailer will pop off the pintle.

The customer service and the timeliness in which l have received my orders from etrailer.com is second to none. I needed my hitch to arrive on time so I could pick up a nice chunk of Sycamore. A bit of electrical tape on the shaft to eliminate "play" in the receiver, slip in the new lockable SS pin from Bulldog and off we went to pick up my prize! What a great company to do business with!

Pleased with the parts. Was a little surprised/disappointed that the ball mount didn’t include a hitch pin. Guess that I should have read the description better, just a nuisance having to get one separately. Everything else was great.

Cool to follow up on your product. The multi-ball works as it should. I bought it since I didn't know if the trailer I would get would be 2" or 2 1/4. I tow a 4,000 # trailer/race car with it. It's a heavy piece to carry around, but I feel that it will last a good many years. I did make a spacer to cram into the receiver, so the hitch doesn't rattle as much. Otherwise it's great. Tim E.

Not as versatile as a traditional hitch mount and ball, but much neater if it happens to fit your needs. This fits my Subaru Outback perfectly and places the ball at the ideal height for my trailer. One piece means one less thing to fail.

My order got messed up several times. From USPS lost in shipping, wrong part ordered, wrong amount ordered (my fault), wrong part number (printed on label from manufacturer) etc... In the end etrailer managed to make it right!

Retail type stores only carry mainstream items so when I needed a special length ball mount for my 2011 Traverse I found the size and quality with Curt Products .

Recently bought a Kubota RTV x900. The receiver is located under the bed. With the extra long ball hitch drawbar I can easily get to the drawbar and use a clevis to hitch my 5ft. wide mower or attach a ball and use the trailer. The pictures will illustrate the length of the drawbar which makes access very easy. The product is heavy duty and well made. I am very happy with my trailer hitch receiver from etrailer. I installed one on my 2011 Toyota rav4 for towing a small teardrop trailer I made during the pandemic. I also purchased a wiring harness to power the trailer lights from etrailer and after some doing have it working well. The cost of doing it myself was a small fraction of having the dealership do the work. The hitch receiver is easy to install as there are pre drilled holes to receive bolts in the frame. The wiring is a bit more complicated but I did it. God bless online videos. I'm happy with the results.

Hitch ball works flawlessly with my trailer. Fits our hitch receiver just fine. Has the typical subpar black paint finish that chips easy though. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

This draw bar in perfect for my John Deere X738 tractor. What I like about it is the ¾” rise it keep the draw bar height at about the same as the factory frame so the attachments height remain level. Thanks for the great product.

Not much you can say about a bar with a piece of flat metal welded to it; well made looks good. What is really important is that e-trailer is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I've ordered from them anytime I needed a trailer/RV part.

I haul a 5.5x10 open trailer w/ a 900 lb. ZTR, a push mower, and a handful of other tools 3 days a week. It is what it is. It does the job, no problem. A little finish wear and rust on the ball, but nothing major. I LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD, which is probably responsible for the wear.
