Bought two for my Promaster camper conversion and they work great

Great fan, I am extremely happy with the quality of the product and glad I chose etrailer for my purchase. I installed in a 2015 Promaster myself with no problems. After you get past the anxiety of cutting a hole in your roof, it goes smoothly.

Best RV fan design on the market delivered without issues. This is the second one I am adding to my Promaster van build. It will go in an aluminum panel that will replace one of the rear door windows. The two fans will afford flow through ventilation soas to minimize the need to run the rooftop ac unit.

I really love this MaxxFan Deluxe. It runs really nice and really helps regulation the temperature in my Tradrop trailer. Only minor problem is that the tip of the rotor shaft sometimes rubs against the screen, squeeking a bit. Would be nice to have to have a means of holding the screen down so that it does not rub. I have not needed to use the remote so could go with the next lower model without the remote. But overall this is a great fan!

This fan is a great innovation because one can leave the exhaust port open without fear of rain. This prevents the buildup of humidity when your unit is parked. The fan itself is powerful and effectively draws air through our travel trailer.

Fan installation is very straightforward. Perfect fit and looks and works great. Hardest part was removing old caulk - plastic scraper and patience worked well for me.JUST TAKE YOUR TIME.

My Maxxair fan was easy to purchase on etrailer.com. The shipping package came early and in excellent condition. Packaging was superior. I will be using the fan with my Promaster van build. I have purchased from etrailer before and will again as the need arises. My experience with etrailer is exceptional. I recommend them highly.

Very nice addition to my Seismic. Should have came already with the trailer since the trailer is $$$$$. The remote is crazy BIG and its wall mount cradle is not design for RV use. Leave the remote in the wall mount cradle while in transport will soon produce a ejected/broken remote :(

Works as advertised. Quiet at slower speeds, a bit noisier at higher. No rain leakage from cover. Was a bit hard to clean fan blade after some months of use as I didn't have a hex key to fit the set screw. Wish I'd got the remote control version, but was trying to keep things simple. For my Promaster install I got a custom plastic gasket online that made for a very tight seal with roof with minimum silicone gunk everywhere.

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Fan works great with good airflow and is very quiet in comparison to the vent/fan it replaced. I will likely replace the non-fan equipped vents on my RV with the same MaxxFan.

Just installed, so no use experience yet. Need to add rear overhang dimensions to the specs. I hesitated to order because I couldn't confirm that it would clear my shower skylight, but it did fit!

Great fan with multiple speeds, including reverse. Easy to install, comes with everything you need (except butyl tape). Has made a really big difference in the temp. comfort in my RV. The only negative is the supplied electrical connectors-I put them on, tested the fan & then installed the trim ring- then no fan! Turn out the connectors had fallen off- replaced with standard wire nuts and reinstalled the trim ring....VOILA....coolness!

I've had the fan in for a season, and a couple southern road trips. Generally happy. It will run "all night" with no problems on the stock dual batteries in my Ford Transit passenger van. Didn't spring for the remote and maybe would the next time. the controls are bit small, hard to reach, a touch confusing for groggy, middle of the night changes. Fan is quiet and efficient but even on high, directly over the bed, it's not going to bath you with sweat drying air movement. Quality seems good, I installed with an aftermarket, designed for the transit roof profile, ring, it went well. I painted the interior trim with gray "for plastic" rattle can paint to match the Transit ceiling and that is good stuff, it held up well to multiple on offs while getting the install just right". I also brush painted elastomeric white roof coating over the exterior caulk and and mounting screws, zero leaks so far.

I installed this as a bathroom fan through the sidewall of my T@B teardrop camper. Works great.

Install very easy I am going to use it to exhaust hot air when camping and I have a portable air conditioner in the van the hose will go right out the vent size 2 purposes

Delivery was great as always. Install very easy to my ambulance/camper conversion. It was my first ceiling vent and later found I underestimated the air flow I would want in the box. Since then I have removed this to move it to the shower/bathroom where it will work best for this application. Purchased the MaxxFan Plus w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed(MA00-04500K) and FanMate.

It's a good product but it has a flaw. I installed one on my van less than 2 years ago. The fan motor quit. I couldn't find a replacement motor on MaxxFans site so I bought this entire new unit. The motor is tiny and cheap.

Love the light...installed myself. Not the easiest install but well worth the effort. Would not hesitate to do again.

Works great! It's in the ceiling of our shower. It moves the moist air up and outside. The light in it gives us a well lit shower. Our shower is 36x36. We are satisfied. We recommend it!

Quite, good air flow and it was easy To Install.

Love the fan light combo plus it's just simple to use. We did not like the Maxxfan Deluxe that fell off on vaction someplace in Wyoming it had two many oppositions and would turn on and off for no reason. Installation was ok but had to make some modifications fiberglass in only 1/2 inch thick and had to buy different fasteners. Over all love it big inprovement.

After a few uses the switch does not work properly. One position the light and fan come on and one position just the light. After a few uses the light now “flickers” I’ve removed it and rechecked the soldered connections and they are fine.

I bought this vent to fill the hole left after the AC delete on my old RPOD. I'm not noticing a lot of air movement, as this is a non-powered / no fan vent. But most importantly.. I'm not getting any water coming in and I no longer have about 100 pounds of useless AC creating drag when I tow.

Installed on my Ford E350 Super Duty Van. Always nice & cool in the rear section now compared to the last vent I had up there. Great quality item! etrailer is great to deal with. Been using their items for years.

Great instructions. Very nice product. Installed nicely and looks beautiful. You will need to buy the butyl tape to properly install and of course the self leveling roof sealant.

This vent fan helps a lot with keeping my 7x14 cargo trailer cool. Did a lot of modifications with my trailer especially insulating the ceiling and now with this fan makes it better and cooler. The lid is always open to let the heat out because i have the MaxxAir II cover so rain cant get in. Fan runs better with more or bigger airflow from the side vents when all doors are closed so i added the Redline II popup vent and it works great. Fan does not slow down. Im glad i got this and will be purchasing again when i get another trailer. Thanks ETrailer

Etrailer helped direct me to the MaxxFan 7500 I believe letting me know that I can probably use the wires to a near by light to power it and they went extra and sent me to videos and also a way to still use the light to with a special switch. I realized that the bathroom fan wasn't working too and an older dome fan so ordered this right away as it's replacement. It arrived in manufactures box and all parts appear to be with it. I also have the sealant materials so it's ready to be installed as soon as our weather up here in NW MT cooperates. Great extra mile answering my questions about installing an electric fan into a screen vent no power space but same size. So helpful to know it's possible.

Great upgrade, moves alot of air, choice of direction. Installed in primary space - pulling air in improves effectiveness of second vent in shower.

Works great before it failed! Seems the fan is not sealed . Moisture gets on the control pad and on circuit board, poof dead. Needed new circuit board and new touch pad in less than a year . But does work well when it works

This unit fit a 2013 Keystone Raptor. It was easy to install, does not leak and works perfectly. The shipping and customer service were fast and fantastic from etrailer!

Very happy with the fan. I replaced an OEM fan on my older Itasca because of the noise and also the seal had deteriorated over the years. This has several advantages; removable screen, extremely quiet fan, 4 speed motor. I was unable to find a replacement seal for the MaxxFan. Unsure whether a universal seal will work so that could be an issue. Once installed it would be good to know that parts that may fail over time are actually replaceable like the fan blades, the fan motor, the switch and the seal. Can't really tell if any of this is possible.
