Product as advertised. Wished I'd paid more attention to what was included and not included. Seller web site did a good job indicating other suggestions on what would go with what you were viewing. So much so, I became dependent on it, and over looked the fact that the pin to hold the ball mount was not included in either the receiver or ball mount. I overlooked this and had to go out and buy this somewhere else. Other than that ordering was easy, and I received everything in a timely manner. It's worth noting that their tracking was dead on as well. It's nice tracking the progress of a package you are waiting for so you can plan your installation. And again, they do a nice job of following up letting you know they received, shipped the order and a link to follow it in transit.

Strong and seems to be well made and well finished. One-inch ball mounting hole. I used this for a Curt hitch mounted on a 2014 Forester and pulls a small Harbor Freight trailer. Perfect height and trailer is level. Warning - don't get their hitch pin, it does not have a hole for a cotter pin, only a weak clip that I would not trust.

This is a great all-purpose hitch. I've used it to mount a heavy-duty bike rack and a steel T-rack to carry a canoe as well as lumber. Most recently I hauled 5 x 8 cargo trailers full of plants, then furniture for a 600-mile move. It was simple to use, problem free, very strong and sturdy. Now that I live on some acreage, I see a trailer in my future, so this will get a lot more use. I drive a 2013 Tacoma, so this is a good size hitch at a good price with sufficient capacity for my needs. I do use a key lock for the hitch as well.

Incredible price on a great hitch from Curt. I have no idea how etrailer can offer free shipping on something like this, but they do. Awesome. I ordered the ball mount complete with 2" ball and pin/clip which was likewise priced extremely competitively. The hitch bolted up to my Transit T-250 easily. I took the extra step of running a tap into the (4) unthreaded holes on the van, but it's not necessary. For me, it just made the install a little easier and made me feel better. The new Transits are generally lower in the rear vs. the old E series van's, so I flipped the ball mount into the "rise" position to get the right ball height. Stated specs for the ball mount were 2" Drop and 3/4" Rise.

The hitch I ordered came very quickly. I was able to track it and I pretty much knew when it would be at my door step. The hitch was more then I expected Heavy Duty. Awesome quality and more features then I realized. The fit was perfect. I will be using the hitch on a front mount receiver on my 2014 Silverado.

Heavy duty! I was a little bummed when I found out how much more difficult it was to find a half inch pin for this, but no matter. It is a tad loose inside the hitch, so there's a little rattle, but I doubt it's as noticable as I make it seem. Super classy and a welcome change from the typical draw bar style. Just what I needed, most receivers would not allow me to open the tail gate on my 2022 dodge ram without hitting the trailers crank used to mount and dismount the car hauler trailer, this receiver give me the extra few inches I needed and it works perfectly, I tried many local sources but they all came up too short, etrailer is the place to go for all trailer parts, they seem to know and sell exactly what you may need

For a 7,500 lb hitch, I was surprised it didn’t have a wedge support welded on where the flat iron is welded to the square tube.

Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.

I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

Needed a longer unit to accept a bike carrier.

I needed to tow a trailer with a 2" ball. My original ball mount has a 1 7/8" ball installed. I had previously tried to change a ball on a hitch and destroyed the nut and damaged the underside of the ball mount. The lock washer had done a great job in keeping the nut from coming off. I dreaded trying to remove my 1 7/8" ball to install a new one that I would only use once. I decided to buy a new ball mount and mount the new 2" ball. This ball mount is so inexpensive that I realized I could have both ball sizes permanently mounted for use in either ball size.

I wasn't sure what type of ball mount I needed for my new Mazda CX-9, so I had to call a representative. The first time I called, the very knowledgeable gentlemen told me exactly how to measure my SUV to figure out the drop I needed. I called back the next day and talked to a lady who helped me figure out exactly what I needed. This is my second purchase from etrailer. The first was a hitch for my old Honda Odyssey, which was also a great experience. Retail type stores only carry mainstream items so when I needed a special length ball mount for my 2011 Traverse I found the size and quality with Curt Products .

Recently bought a Kubota RTV x900. The receiver is located under the bed. With the extra long ball hitch drawbar I can easily get to the drawbar and use a clevis to hitch my 5ft. wide mower or attach a ball and use the trailer. The pictures will illustrate the length of the drawbar which makes access very easy. The product is heavy duty and well made. This thing is great and saves me from pulling out the hitch to put in a bike carrier or anything else. Saves a lot of time and hassle. Seems to be spaced perfectly for my Transit 350 to clear the bumper and doors. Love it and looks great. I keep it in all the time. Would definitely buy again.

We sold our small motor home and purchased a small travel trailer. This hitch provided a perfect solution to how to use our bike rack while towing the trailer. It even allows room for the pickup tailgate to be lowered without removing the bikes from the rack. The hitch is very hefty with a high weight limit - plenty for the GVW of the trailer (7,000#) plus 125# of rack and bikes.

Easy to use and haven't had any trouble towing my small trailer with motorcycle on board. Def recommend.
