Best 2014 Jeep Cherokee Roof Racks

I purchased these for my wife's 2014 Cherokee Trail Hawk along with the legs. etrailer.com sent everything I ordered very quickly. This was a nice surprise. After watching the install video, I was ready to go. These rails are very easy to install. The only thing I didn't like was having to put the rubberized Vortex strips in. This was time consuming and a little bit of a pain in the rear. Overall I the legs attach great and the cross bars are very sturdy. I would definitely recommend them.

Very easy to install with the mounts. Look very good on my '14 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Feel very sturdy and think they will be great for hauling my kayaks and more. The lock on one end cap broke easily but doesn't hurt the function on the crossbar. End cap will stay on just can't be locked now. Will probably upgrade to a more sturdy end cap later on.

These racks did not noticeably increase the wind noise of my car. They look great, complimenting the appearance of my Jeep, and they were quick and easy to install.

So far so good, a little wind noise but I was used to it within a day. Doesn’t bother me just alert your passengers so they are not startled when in the car. They took a bit of time to figure out because I kept trying to snap them into place but you don’t need to do that. If you sit them in place as much as possible, start tightening the screw and it will pop itself into place. After they were tightened, I pulled down just a bit to make sure they are locked tight. Overall super quick delivery! One downfall was only with the delivery but that is bc of USPS. It was raining and the mail person left the box on the porch in the rain vs 3 inches further under the overhang. Etrailer was great!!!!

Great product and quality, with that said the rear spread numbers were off by a lot and I had to hand figure the distances on the rear posts. This is for a Cherokee sport 2014.

Worked great. Like the locking cover. Easy install. Easy to remove and put back on.

I have only had these on for a few days but all seems well. Very little extra noise although I can hear a bit when I'm going over 100 km/h but nothing too bad at all. Installation was extremely simple and straight forward. Took me all of 20 minutes and most of that was just making sure the cross bars were exactly parallel. These shipped to my house (just outside of Toronto) in around 4 days with no extra border fees which was fantastic. I only wanted these to strap a canoe onto the roof of my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk so I didnt need anything too heavy duty or bulky and this fits the bill perfectly.

Got this for a 2015 Prius. High quality works great. Use their measurements included as a guide and measure everything out yourself before cutting the spacers and when installing. I had to make minor adjustments to make it perfect.

Hi George from etrailer, The rack is awesome! Strong, firm hold and nice looking. When doing surveys, I put my ladders on the rack. I highly recommend this etrailer.

The cross bars come with the items needed to install them on the mounts. Easy installation and the best part is they don't add much wind noise even at freeway speeds. I've only had them on the car for a day so I'm looking forward to putting them to use

One bar slid out on our first road trip. The "grip" that it slides into can't be adjusted. I am in communication with Yakima about this as Etrailer said that's the route that I would need to go. Very frustrating.

I ordered the Yakima roof rack, with the Hullyrollers for the back crossbar and the Mako saddles for the front crossbar to use with my kayak. It arrived just like they told me and I put them on my car the eveningit arrived. Got to finlly use the roof rack on June 22 to go out kayaking and it worked great. Only thing is I did not know about the air reflector piece for the front crossbar. Now I will be ordering it to help with the wind noise.

Great rack, go on fast, easy to install and work well on my VW TDI wagon. Care has to be given and follow the instructions for the install to what type of rails you have. Works great carrying the VW luggage carrier and plan on using it to carry kayaks as well. Just have not decided what kayak rack type to get yet.

roof racks showed up in great condition, and showed up as one package.... I should have ordered the J racks from here but I found them cheaper locally so Thule J racks compliment the whole setup and i am just about ready to hit the water :)

Free delivery that showed up in 3 days!!! Can't beat it. The crossbars with the Control Towers and LandingPad 9 fit perfectly on my Honda Element. Had them installed in about 30 mins. Don't have my cargo box yet and wanted to test strength, so I had my 110lb wife standing on them with no issues (yes, the car was parked). Plan to take a long camping trip next week with a cargo box on top...wife will be in the vehicle:-)

I got the Malone Roof Rack Crossbars last night and just put them on. First of all, thank you etrailer for such great service. They must have been shipped an hour after I ordered them. They are great and beautiful. They far exceeded my expectations in quality and looks. They look like they belong on the jeep. They were very reasonably priced in my opinion, and I don't know how you could improve them for more money. Definitely 5 stars.

I purchased Malone cross bars to attach a roof tent to my SUV for a road trip to the West and covered 7000 miles, neither the tent or the cross bars moved while on my trip and would recommend them as I would purchase them again and am very happy with them.

Excellent product. Fit my 1996 Jeep Cherokee to a tee. Instructions were simple to follow and very concise. A very fine product that I would recommend to anyone.

This model is not the most stylish and sleek roof rack but its sturdy and made with quality materials. Easy to set up and its even easier to put on the vehicle and take off the vehicle. I only put the rack on my Ford Focus when I go kayaking. Great bang for buck!

Super solid rack and the only one that fits the Jeep Cherokee without rails well and looks good too. Easy to install and worth the price

Nice sturdy rack bars, look good on 2015 Jeep Cherokee.

This has met all of our needs in the past year since we bought it! It's currently mounted on a Jeep Cherokee and I have yet to have any issues putting anything onto it. I wish I would have glued down the rubber ends after installed because they fall off easily if you go through an automated car wash. (now in search of buying new rubber endings)

I like the bars and concept but mine arrived with scratches on black paint on cross bars They are fairly easy to install
