Most Popular Wiring for 2013 GMC Sierra

Simple plug and play in my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 to my P2 brake controller. Took less than 5 minutes to install. Thanks Etrailer for another excellent product!

Haven't pulled with it yet but everything in the order was correct. Install was easy and shipping was fast.

Makes installation a snap to wire up. Also makes it convenient you can use between other vehicles pretty much makes it a plug and play. I have 3 of them in our vehicles and there all the same set up. So if one did go down i can take one and swap it out with another one. Just need another mounting bracket and you can have 1 controller for 2 vehicles.

Tekonsha wiring adapter GM-3025-P onnected the brake controller to the GMC Sierra built in wiring and fit/functioned perfectly. eTrailer made it easy to find the part and assure that it was a "plug & play" component.

Great product. It plugged into the trailer brake controller I order just like I hoped it would. The wires were about 14 gauge, nice and heavy. (Better quality than the GM factory wiring that was in my truck.) Each wire was labeled, for example: brake, ground, etc. I am glad that I ordered it. Why? Because if I hadn't, the factory installed wiring in my truck, and the wiring on my brake controller, would not have been long enough. So, buying this product was money well spent!

Adapter was necessary for it to work with the trailer brake. It was a plug and play unit. No cutting of wires.

The harness worked great on my 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The guys at etrailer helped me find the right harness to connect the Curt brake controller I already owned. The customer service is great. I really appreciate how helpful they are.

The easiest way to wire your Curt brake control. It's low priced too. A no brainer. I purchasedt it as a package with the Curt brake control.

Connector bundle easy to install & worked great. Although the instructions say to feed the bed connector from the bottom it seemed easier to feed the bumper connectors from the upper the bed connector hole

Just what i needed to fix someones mistake! This allowed me to replace the factory end on my GMC truck i just bought. The only issue was the yellow wire on the pigtail is for the backup lights and not the left turn signal. I just checked everything with a test light as i went and all was good.

The wiring harness for the Prodigy P3 brake controller made installation in my GMC Sierra a breeze. Plugged right in and ready to go.

Good product for what it does. Wish it was a little thicker. Makes a clean wiring job possible. Mounted mine inside a tool box along with the brake emergency battery. Did away with the "boat trailer" wiring the manufacturer had installed.

Had to replace the cable connecting my Springdale travel trailer to the tow vehicle. I ordered the etrailer 50-67-005 cable and the PK52248 junction box. The original cable was terminated in a standard electrical box with all of the connections done with wire nuts. When I opened the electrical box and pulled the wires out to have a look-see, one of the white ground wires came out of the wire nut. This is not the first time I have had a "loose wire nut" problem with this travel trailed so I decided the new cable would be differently. The j box was mounted to a 2 X 6 steel tube so I used 1/4 inch self drilling screws to mount it. I also used 1/4 in. self drilling screws to mount the metal cable clamps to hold the cables, going into the box. I used a couple of pieces of 3m mounting tape on the back of the j box to hold it in place to the frame while installing the mounting screws. I also made a small label to go in the lid of the j box to show wire colors and function. There was going to be five ground wires connected so I made a small bridge out of 1/2 in X .062 brass to go on the two end posts. I think this made a cleaner installation. When everything was wired and checked out I sealed the open grommets with RTV. The intermittent problems with the cable are now fixed.
