easy to install although it's really made for a square tube hitch. I slid it over a part of the safety chain bracket so it had a square surface to keep it level. Maybe you can see it in the pictures. The clamp is very long so I had to use zip-ties to tuck about 4" of the excess end around the hitch frame. No big deal though. Good product, but I wish they made one for the round tube hitches.

Item was as described. It fit on the Curt hitch as a no drill option for the 4 pole wiring harness.

I love the bar, it is super sturdy and works perfectly for all of our bikes given the compact frame. I did have my bike on the back of my car with the Thule rack I ordered, and unless it was just super windy that day traveling on the highway, I feel like my bike was swaying while on the bar even though I had the strap between the tires. I have used it since for short trips, but have figured out a way to use the extra strap to run it through the rack and the bike to prevent the bike from pulling away from the car while on the bar.

Worked great for cleaning out almost 10 years of grime from the undercarriage so I could install bolts for a trailer hitch.

I have to start by confessing that I pulled a real dumb mistake, not taking the cord out of my RV and then not securing it when I drove for 30 miles. The small end dragged for most of that and you can see the result. Amazingly it still worked and I secured it with electrical tape for the final leg of my journey. Then I started looking at repair for the damaged end. NOTHING could compare to how the original is made. A repair would not be watertight, had the potential for crimping or wearing of the wires at the end of the new female plug, and cheaper imitations are made from lighter wire and are not watertight. I ultimately decided to buy another Blue Ox connector and will repair the old one to have as a spare. There is no substitute for the quality of this item. Bonus was that it delivered from etrailer 2 days sooner than expected!

The tail lights on my towed vehicle (particularly the left turn signal and brake light) were intermittent. I initially checked all the wiring at both ends of the cable and they all looked good. So, I replaced the cable and the connector that came with it and everything works perfectly now. Thanks for the decent pricing, good customer service, and relatively quick delivery.

Easy to install contained all of the parts to install

Connector bundle easy to install & worked great. Although the instructions say to feed the bed connector from the bottom it seemed easier to feed the bumper connectors from the upper the bed connector hole

We've had a Roadmaster Falcon 2 towbar for several years and now have a Cadillac SRX with a Blue Ox baseplate. Purchased these to adapt the car to the towbar and they work perfect. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. Well-made product and highly recommended. Leave it to etrailer to always have the solution.

Inexpensive but does what you need it to do. Lights are bright, great safety option. Sometimes the gasket pops out a bit from the cargo carrier space but you can always add some tape to keep it in place.

hitch installation video was helpful... bolt clearances on the passenger side above the muffler were very tight the space saver spare barely clears the hitch. The wiring harness 7 pin mounting only bolts to the plastic valance. There is no room for any other type of mounting.

Very rugged and easy to use. We used it on a 2 1/2 month trip to Alaska, towing our Jeep Wrangler behind our RV (2019 Winnebago View). It was easy to connect and disconnect, even in non-optimal situations, like uneven ground. On even ground, one person can connect the Jeep up in about five minutes, and disconnect it in about two or three minutes.

Looks to be made very well. I've bought a lot of stuff from etrailer and always have been happy with the products and they always ship really fast. I will surely buy more from you in the future.

A little odd to put together initially, but the videos were very helpful. I used this for a Fiat 500 TOAD and drove over 8,000 miles last year. It worked great and protected the Fiat.

eTrailer was very helpful in choosing the correct hitch for our rv and car. They also provided a special brake application in the car that makes it super easy for toad braking. I am 72, and I hook up this toad and pull it with confidence. The instructions to hook up the toad was presented with ease. They knew exactly what they were doing, and we didn't rush through the demonstration. I would recommend eTrailer to anyone.

Professionally installed. Piece of cake to use. Takes about 2 minutes to hook up mainly because I have to string lights to the back of the car. Installer recommended non-kit lights since there were problems with some makes/models LED bulbs.

Just to let everyone know this brake was to replace one on a 2023 Solitude. It was built exactly as the one that came from the factory, except for the ABS sensor that was added in the top of the metal frame. I laid the old and new assemblies side by side and laid out exactly where holes would go, drilled the sensor hole first then drilled and tapped the hole next to sensor hole that matched my original screw which on mine was a 1/4-20 bolt. Once i installed new assembly i just installed sensor same as it was originally, added a little bit od thread locker original bolt had some on it. Spliced the brake wires and Boom it was installed. After rebuilding my drum all i had to do was slightly adjust the brake spindle to my drum and its ready to go. Havent took it out yet to break in pads correctly will be doing that soon. Added a few pics of the old assembly and sensor holes and the sensor once installed. Remember not all RV’s have these sensors.

Package arrived the 4 brake assembles in a flat box,nothing but a peace of cardboard between them. They slid around, banging into each other. Two assembles were partially disassembled and the third had chips broken off one brake lining. I was able to reassemble the two assembles and live with the third. Why not stack the assembles like pancakes in a square box? Not impressed.

The order came on time. The problem was the brake adjustment screw was knocked out of alignment on one of the brakes due to shipping. Able to fix issue. I would recommend etrailer shipping ensure packaging is proper. Both brakes were just placed in a box with a piece of brown paper wrapped around one of the them. So of course they were not secure and bouncing around inside the box. Unsat.

The brake/backing plate is a perfect fit for my trailer. This is my first time to replace brakes in any of my trailers. The process was super easy and quick. Because I just got the brake, and just put it on the RV, I have not had the chance to try it out. I am confident it will work as it is supposed to.

Want to thank Jaime and all of etrailer for there quick response and shipping. On the way from Illinois to Disney World at our last overnight someone pulled a pin on my Roadmaster tow unit and as we were entering the highway half the unit came unhooked and bent the crossbar. Wife had to drive 5 hour by herself but now with etrailers help I have the new crossbar that was shipped to Fort Wilderness and we are set to continue on our way for the rest of our trip.

I needed help figuring out which adapters I needed , after chatting and talking with Bay, she and the Sterling officials decided I needed the RM-031-5 adapters. Once again they were correct, they fit and work perfectly to hook up my older Sterling tow bar to my Jeep with a Blue-ox style base plate. Thank you again for being helpful in every way and very responsive with emails and information.
