Needed a ball and mount capable of towing my double axel trailer loaded with my 12,000 lb. tractor, this one does the trick. I appreciated the quick shipping.
This ball mount is as heavy duty as the web site picture makes it out to be, it's solid forged construction gives it the mass necessary to handle the load and best of all it fits my factory Ford receiver, which some others did not. All in all a nice piece I would recommend it whether the weight rating is needed or not.

Excellent, thier online tracking is pretty cool, it shows who took your order who packed it and shows the UPS detailed tracking. I order this part from [online store] and it never arrived, so I gave etrailer a try and they are excellent.
Great hitch’s. Very heavy duty and e trailer is wonderful to work with. Ordered wrong size no problem with return replacement sent out the next day. I should’ve read the sizes. Lol
This is a great ball mount with a nice powder coat that is holding up well. The unit is used with the 5 inch rise position. The the gross weight of the trailer that the mount is used for is 18k pounds with the tongue weight of about 1700 pounds. The product performance is excellent.
Heavy duty and well made. Disappointed that it's made in China (my other 7,500 lbs Curt hitch is made in the USA)

It is heavy and it works without problem. Be sure to follow calculation of height. Our camper is perfectly level when towing.

This product is very heavy duty and the price was great. It fit perfectly and looks very good on the 2017 Toyota Tundra with a 6 inch lift. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have used this product regularly for a year and it is still outstanding!
This item is used on a 2016 F150 that has a 4" suspension lift. It is a solid piece of steel with double the tow rating. Sure; I could have afforded one of those "fancy" adjustable balls. However, most are not rated very high. Typically 4 tons.
I wanted something with a higher rating and this one; solid-piece has done what is needed without possible points of failure. The towed trailer is level to the towing vehicle. I only tow the same trailer for long periods of time. I don't need to have all the hitch sizes available or the various heights. Great price at etrailer and promptly shipped. Thank you

This is one solid hitch. Bought the hitch to pull about 5000 lbs. there's no doubt in my mind that it can handle it.
Box arrived with no product due to it breaking through the box. Such a heavy object should have been shipped in a much stronger box. Waiting to see how this is resolved as I feel I should not have to pay for it to be replaced due to it being shipped in such a flemsy box.
