Expert Reply:
The Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount, part # C45342 will work well with the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C15324 on your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe. This is a Class V hitch and it has a 2 inch receiver opening. The # C15324 is designed to fit 2 inch receiver openings and features a 5 inch rise or 6 inch drop. The ball mount uses a hitch ball with a shank that measures 1-1/4 inches like part # A-90 you mentioned. The # A-90 is a 2 inch hitch ball and has a 2-5/8 inch long shank.
The Curt Pin And Clip, part # C21504 you mentioned will also work with these other items.
The Chevrolet Chrome and Gold Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, part # CR-132 is designed to fit 2 inch trailer hitch receivers so it will work with the hitch you asked about.
You will need to make sure you do not exceed the towing capacity of your vehicle. Also, when towing you do not want to exceed the towing weight capacity of the lowest rated component, whether it is the vehicle, hitch, ball mount, or hitch ball.
