How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Westin Truck Bed Mat on our 2022 Chevy Colorado. Adding a truck bed mat to the back of your vehicle is gonna allow you to have additional measure of protection against scratches and dents and dings, especially this guy with it being so thick. Generally speaking, if you're gonna use your truck bed as a truck bed, it's a great measure and a great way to keep things nice and secure when you're going down the road, 'cause it gives you additional traction on the bottom and keep a lot of that dirt and grime directly off the paint of your bed. So, taking a closer look at what makes this one unique is the fact that it is a custom fit mat. So it's going to be designed to fit your six foot bed and fit right in to the details in the grooves of the bed, like around your wheel wells and everything else as far as the contours. So underneath your mat, you actually have these three spot dots that are gonna actually give you additional traction and grip on the top of your bed, while still giving you a nice channel underneath for moisture and water to flow out and without having a pool underneath the mat.
Overall, having something like this is just a great way to protect your bed and help the resale value of your vehicle in the long run. In general, Westin makes a really solid product, but alternatively, if you wanted to go with a different one, WeatherTech has a great product as well. They have a nice measuring system and a way to come up a little bit higher on the inside of the bed, but they're just not as thick. The bed mat arrived on time and I’m very pleased. This is not a flimsy piece of soft rubber. After unrolling and laying in the sun for 10 minutes - It fits great and should last the at least the lifetime of the truck. Very similar to my last mat, which is going on 25 yrs and 2 trucks!
I am really disappointed in the truck bed mat I received. I am not sure who is at fault Westin or etrailer. The mat looks used, looks like some one turned the top down and drug it through gravel. The mat arrived dirty and really scuffed up. I paid for a new mat but it looks like it was used for several years before I received it.
The truck bed mat for my husband’s 24 year old farm truck fit perfectly! He installed immediately and loves it. I was skeptical that it would fit since truck is so old. I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for such quick delivery!!

There were many white specks in the top surface of the mat rubber. These were imbedded in the rubber. Some were elongated, all in the same direction. I was expecting a solid black mat free from any contamination.
I am thrilled with my purchase. The all rubber mat is even thicker than I hoped. Buyer will not be disappointed!
I absolutely love this bed mat. It’s tough as nails. I have one in both of our pickups and will always have one in any new pickups I get. So much better for hauling anything and everything, not having it sliding all over banging up your truck, plus the items you are hauling getting damaged. Well worth the money. Oh ya, it’s a perfect fit also.
