Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement dual tow ball for the Trimax aluminum adjustable hitches. Now folks, this is a stainless steel construction, so it's gonna provide exceptional strength and resistance to corrosion and it's gonna ensure a long lasting performance. Now you've got two ball sizes here, you got a two inch and a two and five sixteenths, and as you can see, you got a square divot in both of these. So that's gonna be for your ratchet head assembly to go into. And then as you can see, the ball just spins off of the shank here.
You put it through the ball mount, you spin this back on, and then of course you want to torque it down to the manufacturer spec so you can find that all in the instructions of the product. Now the gross towing weight with a two inch ball, is gonna be 8,000 pounds or 10,000 pounds on the two and five sixteenth ball. The shank here is a one inch diameter shank, and the length of that whole shank there is three and a half inches long. And that's gonna wrap it up, folks. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
