  • How to Mount 2 Batteries on A-Frame Trailer with Limited Space on Tongue
I do have a possible solution for you but unfortunately there aren't any battery boxes available that will hold two 12V batteries and fit within a 21" length and 8" width. The closest thing we have is the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R which measures 26-3/4" long x 8-3/16" wide x 13" tall and as you can see from customer pictures the batteries fit in there pretty snug. Your batteries actually don't have to be side by side so you could potentially put one inside your...

  • Availability Of Replacement Lid And Lock For TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box TLA7708R
Hello Bryan, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that we do not offer a replacement lid or lock for the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R. We actually brought this up to TorkLift and they said the lock core is not replicable, so they don't even offer them. If your lid and lock are destroyed, the only solution I can offer is a whole new box.

  • Battery Box Recommendation for Holding two Group 27 Trailer Batteries
The dimensions of a Group 27 battery are 12 inches long by 6-5/8 inches wide by 9-3/16 inches tall so for a box that can carry two of them we have the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R which has dimensions of 26-3/4" long x 8-3/16" wide x 13" tall.

  • TorkLift Battery Box Recommndation for 2 Renogy Core Mini 300Ah Batteries
Hey Paul, thanks for reaching out! The divider inside the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7700L is welded in place so while it technically can be removed, it wasn't designed with that in mind. The best option we have for you is the TorkLift # TLA7708R, but you'll need a box for each battery, and the box will be a bit roomy for the battery so I actually recommend checking around online first to see if you can find one that has more of a custom fit for you and then circling...

  • Can Two 13" Long Batteries Fit Inside TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box
Yes, the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R will be able to handle both of your batteries as there is 26-1/2" of total length inside, as well as 7-5/8" off width clearance (see attached).

  • Can Torklift Battery Box Attach to L-Brackets on Trailer Frame
The Torklift Battery Mounting Box part # TLA7708R or # TLA7700L that you referenced can mount to the brackets you have on your trailer as there are several holes on the bottom of the box that you can use to run bolts through to then attach to your bracket or you could drill new holes as needed.

  • Battery Box Recommendations For A Gooseneck Trailer To Hold Two Deep Cycle Marine Batteries
The TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box - 6V and 12V Batteries # TLA7708R would be a great choice and can fit up to two group 31 deep cycle marine batteries. This battery box would be mounted anywhere on the trailer that has steel or aluminum, however that would require some fabrication. You would have to make some type of mounting bracket for the battery box and weld it onto the trailer. Or you can use something like the Tow-Rax Battery Box - Polished Aluminum # TWSP14BP in which...

If you want a metal box, then I recommend the Tow-Rax Battery Box - Polished Aluminum - 12" Long x 8-5/8" Wide x 10-7/16" Tall # TWSP12BP. • Carrying 2 Batteries and 2 Propane Tanks on a Trailer Tongue
Propane tanks can't be store inside of an enclosed container like a toolbox. If they build enough pressure it has to vent out to open air. That is why the plastic propane tank covers you see on trailers are open at the bottom. I recommend a traditional dual tank cover, # CAM40532, for the propane tanks so you are nice and safe there. The batteries can go into a box. I recommend box # TLA7708R which is designed for batteries. It is 26-3/4 inches long, 8-3/16 inches wide, and 13 inches tall...

  • How to Power Enclosed Trailer Lights Off of 12V Battery
I can tell you exactly what you'll need to power your enclosed trailer's lights off of an independent 12V battery, though there isn't an adapter. You first need to mount the battery with a battery box for 12V batteries like # TLA7708R, and then use junction box # 38656 to tap into your trailer's 7-way. You will also need ring terminals # 44-5310A, and wire # 12-1-1 to run to each light, and to turn the lights on, a light switch such as the Pollak rocker switch # PK34308 or toggle switch...

  • Battery Box for 2 Group 27 Batteries
For a battery box it is going to depend on the dimensions of your group 27, 12-volt batteries. Based on some of the batteries I looked up we have a couple of boxes you could use. First is TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R. Attractive, strong, and durable, this is the last battery box you would need. The dimensions of this box are 26-3/4" long x 8-3/16" wide x 13" tall.

  • Can Trailer Lights be Powered When Not Connected to Tow Vehicle
You'd need to put a battery in your trailer so that you can power the trailer lights when you aren't connected to your tow vehicle. It would be a matter of just running a power wire from the battery to the lights. You'd need to charge the battery whenever you get a chance though like with a charger # CTEK56865. If you wanted a way to power the lights and charge the battery you can use the RV Charge Panel part # PD4560K18LS8 which would plug into a wall outlet.

  • Wire Gauge for Two 6 Volt Batteries in Series and Battery Box
When wiring two 6-volt batteries in series you can use 10 Gauge Primary Wire # 10-1-1. We sell this by the foot so you will just need to order whatever length you need for your application. And for a battery box we do not offer a Camco dual battery box but we do have another option which is the outstanding TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box - 6V and 12V Batteries # TLA7708R. I've attached a photo a customer sent us of two 6V Trojan T-105 batteries in this box. The slightly shorter # TLA7712R is also an option. • Recommended Battery Box For Two Group 27 Batteries
Group 27 batteries are typically 12" L x 7" W x 9" T so I'm assuming your 14" x 14" measurement is just the two batteries butted up against each other. The options that we carry wouldn't really work with the long sides of the batteries facing each other so we'll have to look at options where they are short side by short side. Assuming the width of the batteries is 7" the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R you were looking at would be a good option. With its 7-5/8" W x...
