Video Transcript for An In-Depth Look at the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps

Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Westin HDX Nerf bars with the drop steps in a textured black finish. Now, folks, these are a custom fit application. They fit a '21 through 2025 Ford Bronco, the two-door models, but that being said, I want you to double-check our fit guide please here at the homepage here at etrailer.com. Top center where it says My Vehicle or Vehicle Information, something of that nature, enter things such as you, make and model, door count, those kind of things.

Make sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Also, keep in mind this video could be outdated. So it could possibly fit newer years and models. So always check our fit guide to make sure you're getting the right parts. Now, as you can see, I've only currently got one of these Nerf bars just due to the space of my table.

I just put one up here. So rest assured you will get two of these full length Nerf bars. Again, I just pulled the one side out just so you can get a visual, and I went ahead and throw up an image here of what these look like on a Bronco. Again, the two-door model only is what this fits. I tried to pick the best image to kind of show you a closeup to give you the idea there of the clearance between the wheels and all that.

It's literally cab length, almost right exactly at it, and as you can see on that image, it curves in here on both sides to make that transition just look that much more professional. It does have a dropdown step, just like it says in the title of the product page, and this notch bar design in here will actually give you a couple of inches of space for your stepping in, giving you your toes a little better distance there. It does have some traction built into it, these rings or these holes rather. So that's gonna give you a little better traction. This whole step, the width, I got four inches, and then the length inside to inside, it's where you're gonna put your foot on this whole rectangular piece.

I was at 15 3/4 inches long. Now, the step from the top down to where it would be level. So this height here, that was right at 6 1/2 inches, overall. The bar height. So I'm gonna call this Nerf bar itself, the height, that whole height was right at three inches and basically the same here on the top three inches as well. Now, the overall length. Again, these are fit for those Broncos like I mentioned, but I went ahead and measured the overall length, side to side, is right at 59 and 3/8 inches long. Now, these do have a nice three-year warranty from the manufacturer. They fit tight into the rocker panel, and they are a bolt-on installation. You got all the hardware here. You've got two right-hand brackets, and I don't know if you can see it, but they've got an R molded into the metal there for right hand, and then you've got, or I'm sorry, rear not hand, forgive me, and then an F for the fronts. So F for front. These two longer ones are the front. These two other ones are the rear. You got all your lock washers, washers and all your bolts. So again, there's no drill required. You've got spots already in the factory frame that these go right into. So you shouldn't have to worry about anything like that. Should be a super, super simple bolt-on install. Like I said, it's got a nice textured black powder coat finish. You don't have to worry about rusting, those kind of things, corrosion or anything like that. So again, very nice, elegant steps here by Westin. Again, you will get two of these steps. Again, I just have one here in the video for space. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up.
