Stop spinning your wheels! The pyramid-shaped treads on these boards let you recover your vehicle from mud, snow, or sand like a pro - smoothly and confidently. And the glove-friendly handle means no more cold, wet hands.
When your UTV, ATV, or off-road rig hits a soft shoulder and sinks into snow, mud, or sand, there's not always a a tree nearby to hook your winch to, and spinning tires usually just digs you in deeper. These recovery boards give your tires a solid surface to grab so you can drive out under your own power. The step-pyramid traction bumps are shaped to work with a variety of tread patterns, and the grippy underside helps keep the boards in place while you climb out. Just wedge the boards under your tires and ease onto the throttle to get moving again.
The built-in handles make it easy to grab the boards, even when you're wearing thick gloves or working in deep snow. You can also use a board like a shovel to dig around your tires so you can slide it into place.
When you're done, the boards nest together and secure with the included recovery straps, so they won't rattle around in - or dirty up - your cargo area. You can mount them to MOLLE panels or brackets with mounting pins (not included), and the proprietary material is built to hold up without chipping, cracking, or breaking. The black color and made-in-the-USA construction round these out as a solid addition to your off-road recovery gear.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at these Caliber Xtrax recovery boards in black. Now, these two black recovery boards are going to give you traction when your tires are bogged down in snow, sand, or mud. The rows of traction teeth are gonna give you a surface that your tires can grip onto. The tread pattern and overall profile are designed for optimal traction, giving you superior on-demand traction in the toughest conditions.
Now, what I'd like to do is go in for a closer view here from a different angle and just try to give you a closer view of what I call the the teeth there. And so with stepped engagement points and the lower center ridge, these boards are going to accommodate a wide variety of off-road vehicle tires. And these boards are going to nest on top of each other as well for easy storage, just like that. So that's pretty cool. Now, what I would like to do is go back overhead.
I'm gonna flip this one over so you can get a view of the bottom. But I am also wanting to give you some measurements just so you can have a good idea of the size. So looking at the length first, we're sitting right about 25 1/8 inches long. Looking at the width at the widest point, we're sitting right at about a foot. I'll try that again.
Maybe. There we go. Right at about a foot if you can see that. And then I'm gonna go back down to my closer view at the lower angle. I'm gonna get my ruler here.
And at the tallest point, we're sitting at about 2 3/4 inches tall. And as you probably saw, these do have built-in handles, so it's gonna be very easy to grab onto these. It's big enough to the handle that you can easily use it with your gloves on still. And then these do come with two straps. And these straps are gonna be great for if you're gonna be using these boards in terrain that's going to be soft, mushy. It's maybe like sludge or something like that where you think that they might be able to get sunk in into that terrain. You can put a strap around the boards and then when you're done rescuing your vehicle, you can use the strap to pull the board out of that soft terrain. So those straps are included. You could also use them to link these boards together. So you've got some options there. These boards are made here in the USA of a proprietary nylon blend that's going to prevent these from chipping, cracking or braking. And as you can see, there's not a whole lot of flex to these. So they're gonna hold up really well for you. I think they're going to be able to take the punishment needed to rescue your vehicle. These do have a lifetime warranty from Caliber. But I think that'll wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
