Strong and easy set up. Pace Edwards Ultra Trac cover will NOT accept this system even though rhino-rack claims it will. Only if you modify the plates that slide into the track. They’re too wide. I swapped mine out for this to fit my roll top.
Crossbars look great on my Lightning and work with my accessories.
I installed this on a Retrax Pro XR tonneau cover mounted to a 2020 Ford Ranger. My intention is to use this rack for a rooftop tent and for more options to haul things above the rack. I considered the Yakima Outpost system, but chose the Rhino-Rack due to the lower height and much lower cost. I also liked the option to easily remove the bars when not in use.
Installation would have been very easy except that one of the Retrax track slots seemed to be a little smaller than the other. The square mounting plates that slide into the track slot would only go so far before getting stuck. I ended up having to use a Dremmel tool to grind down the edges of the mounting plates to get them to fit into the track.
When opening the Retrax cover, I found the handle will not clear the bottom of the rack when fully open - had to push it down a little to clear the rack. No big deal, just be aware.
Overall very pleased with the rack. It looks good, easy to remove when I don't need it, and should suit my needs.
Awesome addition to our truck and allows us to take our camping stuff so much more efficiently!

Well built. I have had Yakima in the past, but the price point for the Rhinos was so good vs. Yakima that I had to spring for them. Impressed with the build quality. Easy to install, perfect fit on the 24 F150. They fit right over my Etrax XD, and I do not lose any function for the Etrax at all.
Perfect fit on 2024 F150. 65 inch crossbars were the right fit on Retrax XR cover.
Fit my F150 Lightning perfectly (on the RetraxPro XR). Went with the 65” bar so to avoid the larger overhang with the 71” bar. Very pleased with rhino rack - solid design, easy to install, and a great value. Added 15mm spacers to ensure clearance of the tonneau latch mechanism under the cross bar. Paired with 1up bike racks.
Easy install, works perfectly on my Retrax cover on the F150.
Great product and great support by etrailer. I use the Rhino-Rack crossbar system with a Rockymounts bike mount on my 2021 Ford Ranger. Rock solid and it looks very nice
You guys did greats getting it to me. Couple of things are the mounting hardware got rusted out just after a few days. So I have to remove rack and hardware when not in use (can’t just cap the feet) or else it rust more and leaves rust stains on my track system. Other then that racks them selves work great.
We have had these on our service truck for two years. They have been great.
When I upgraded my pickup and added a Retrax tonneau cover I needed to change out my rack system for hauling bicycles and kayaks. The Rhino Rack system was noticeably cheaper than anything Yakima had so I gave it a try. It attaches easily and looks like it will work well.

Reliable, well made, has held up well in AZ and now in CO. I don’t leave them on the truck every day, they live in the garage until they are needed. When we moved I carried three bikes on them from Arizona to Colorado without an issue. Quiet, no rattle, easy to assemble and secure.
Staff was friendly, informative. They got my order delivered on time. Will definitely consider etrailer for all my truck needs!
There was no instructions in the box but nothing a few [online] videos couldn't solve. I am happy with the product, but not happy with the way it was shipped.

This rhino rack definitely looked repackaged from what I’m to only guess was a careless return. I haven’t even used the product and during install it was apparent from the visable scratches and missing “vortex rubber strips.” I hope etrailer can make right by this shortcoming.

Aside from the initial setup this rack has been fantastic. It carries two large mountain bikes with Thule bike racks that slide into the channel. Carries bikes perfectly. Strong system.
