I am looking for info on how to repiar/replace the idler head on my lippert power awning

For the Lippert Solera power awnings we do have replacement idler heads with the part # LC672052 for black or part # LC672051 for white. We don't have repair kits but if your heads look different send me a pic and I'll see if I can identify it.
