Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this easy connector polo trailer cable holder. Now this is going to mount to your trailer and keep your trailer connector up and off the ground and this is going to eliminate the problem of ruined connectors that result from being drag on the ground or not stored properly. Now your trailer cable is going to weave through the corkscrew here and that's going to hold your cable up and off the ground. And it does have a heavy duty spring down here as you can see. So it offers a flexible pivoting design and that's gonna prevent pinch tables at the trailer jackknifes when backing up.
This is designed to be used with the easy connector system, but it will work equally well for all trailers and other towed equipment. It is made from a stainless steel construction and it's got a black powder coat finish on it so it's gonna do a great job of holding up against the elements. Pretty simple installation. You will need to drill a hole in the trailer and then you'll mount the pogo with the included hardware. You're gonna get a bolt.
Let me see if I can bring that up there closer for you. You're gonna get a bolt and then a lock washer and a nut. And mine included a cable tie as well. So that might be for tightening up the cable as you're running it through here. So mine had a cable tie included.
And then this, the threaded post here that's going to go right in. It's gonna mount right into that hole that you drill, so you're gonna be able to tighten it down and install it very easily. The overall length from the very top to the bottom is gonna be about 15 and 7/8 inches. And then when you have this mounted, the overall height's gonna be about 15 and a half inches overall. So again, pretty simple install, very practical item here.

I bought this after pinching my trailer cable when backing into a tight space. The damaged cable caused the lights to stay lit even when unhooked from the pickup. This cable holder has kept the cable safely away from pinch points and has a great bonus in keeping the cable off the ground theeeby clean & dry when unhooked. I had to drill two holes to get it mounted in the perfect spot but the entire installation job was under 1/2 hour. If your trailer socket is below your bumper or your cable has the slack to drop into a pinch point then this solves the problem that will probably happen someday.
This pogo stick is performing well. It is mounted to the front of the trailer and supporting the cable without any issues. While maneuvering the trailer you can watch the view screen and see the stick moving and bending keeping the cable free from bends and snags. If you have an issue with your cable wiring not being properly supported and out of the way, this tool is the way to go.
